It has more complete preservation and spread of a variety of folk arts, and the original characteristics of the region are obvious. In the historical evolution, craft inheritance and development of Chen Chu's native folk art, although the tools used have been improved, its production process and decorative style have always maintained its original features, shapes and colors. Production through continuous accumulation and condensed into a regional characteristics obvious, decorative style outstanding aesthetic interest. It not only enriches the artistic language of local folk art, but also creates a strong local decorative style with its unique artistic form. In recent years, the main reason of its inheritance and development is the increase of demand. With the development of science and technology, people's life rhythm is quickening, and now the society is mechanical, rational and boring, which makes the purpose of communication between people become stronger and the human feeling is weak. People are more eager for simple, frank and human art and interpersonal relationships, so full of life meaning, mystery, frankness, simple and interesting mud dog, gu Jia-hua bun, cloth tiger and so on, with the improvement of traffic conditions. People pay more and more attention to the development of tourism, and folk art elves, which condense the sincere feelings of the creators, have naturally become the aesthetic goals pursued by both artists and the public. Chen Chu's native folk artists intuitively express their desire for life and worship of gods with the most readily available materials. No matter the mud dog, gu Jia Hua bun, cloth tiger, sugar painting, not only in the long river of art is not dead, but also with the development of the times to maintain its continuation of space. The elves, who used to be children's playthings, now far beyond their own value, are listed as "relics" as intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, they also express the people's expectation of breeding, praying and accepting auspicious, thus showing the simple and rich human feeling and simple, random and imagical regional decoration style.
