室内装修有害气体烘焙排风稀释技术实验研究

【摘要】:烘焙排风稀释技术是利用建筑装饰装修材料中的化学物质在高温下更容易挥发的特性,通过适当提高建材表面温度来加速挥发,同时进行排风稀释缩短挥发性有机化合物等有毒有害气体散发周期,减少建材中有害物质对室内环境造成的污染.通过实验模拟的方法对甲醛、三苯的去除效果进行了研究,得出应用间歇性通风的烘焙排风稀释技术比单一的烘焙排风稀释去除效果好的结论.另外,相对于甲醛,三苯的去除效果更好.烘焙温度越高、烘焙时间越长、通风时间越长,污染物浓度减少率越高.
[Abstract]:The technology of bake and exhaust air dilution is to accelerate volatilization by properly raising the surface temperature of building materials by making use of the characteristics of the chemicals in the building decoration and decoration materials that are more volatile at high temperature. At the same time, exhaust air dilution can shorten the emission period of toxic and harmful gases, such as volatile organic compounds, and reduce the indoor environmental pollution caused by harmful substances in building materials. The removal efficiency of formaldehyde and triphenyl was studied by the method of experimental simulation. The conclusion was drawn that the dilution technology of bake exhaust air with intermittent ventilation was better than that with single baking exhaust air. In addition, the removal efficiency of triphenyl is better than formaldehyde. The higher the baking temperature, the longer the baking time, the longer the ventilation time, the higher the reduction rate of pollutant concentration.
