【摘要】:建筑装饰行业信息管理系统是以客户关系管理系统(CRM)为核心,集生产、销售、安装、售后、监察等多个业务功能为一体的ERP系统,通过建立与自身业务流程单独定制开发的这套系统,依靠现代信息技术,从为客户提高服务入手,加强管理,来大幅降低客户的投诉报修率,使客户的服务流程标准化,大幅提高客户忠诚度和满意度,规范家装的业务流程,提高企业的管理效率和服务效率。 系统采用Browse/Server架构,客户端不需安装任何软件,通过浏览器即可方便使用系统;程序的开发平台采用J2EE开发平台,数据库表结构上使用了PowerDesigner数据库模型设计工具设计,数据库采用大型关系型数据库MS SQL Server,对客户信息进行安全、高效的分析和挖掘。系统实现目标是将公司整个客户业务过程集成到一个ERP平台中,通过软件将客户服务流程标准化,实现各业务单元、服务单元、施工单元之间的无缝流程衔接,提高客户咨询和服务效率、质量。系统软件功能上研究开发实现的系统共包含客户管理、装饰管理、营销管理、服务监察管理、财务管理、领导决策、系统管理7个子系统。系统搭建建筑装饰工程企业的市场部门、设计部门、工程部门、财务部门、服务监察部门等各个环节的协同工作平台,将现有客户、潜在客户、合作伙伴、产品、员工在统一的信息平台下实现集中管理和信息共享。对客户特征信息、客户需求信息、客户跟踪过程信息、客户咨询过程信息、客户服务过程信息、合同档案信息、合同施工过程信息、客户回访信息、客户投诉信息、客户维修信息、客户拜访问候信息等进行全过程的信息管理。在售前咨询、工程的实施回访、售后的服务报修三个方面对企业的业务进行全程管理、跟踪,切实提高企业管理效率和工作效率,真正实现企业以客户为中心的价值理念,降低企业的投诉、报修比率,咨询客户转化为签约客户的成功率大大提高。系统促使企业的服务流程标准化,最终提高企业的经营效率。 建筑装饰行业信息管理系统建设是围绕整个公司的业务流程进行的,专为建筑装饰行业量身定制,实现售前、售中、售后、物流、信息流、资金流的协调统一;通过对家装企业管理的各个环节的深入研究,实现信息的共享和过程监控,建立完善的客户服务体系、工程管理体系、人力资源考核体系、领导决策分析体系。能够合理配置企业资源,降低运营成本,提高经济效益。

Customer characteristic information, customer demand information, customer tracking process information, customer consultation process information, customer service process information, contract file information, contract construction process information, customer return information, customer complaint information, Customer maintenance information, customer visit greeting information, etc. for the whole process of information management. In the three aspects of pre-sale consultation, project implementation return visit, after-sale service reporting and repair, the whole process of business management is managed, followed up, the management efficiency and work efficiency of the enterprise are improved, and the value concept of customer-centered enterprise is really realized. Reduce the enterprise complaints, repair rate, consulting customers to contract the success rate greatly improved. The system promotes the standardization of the service flow of the enterprise, and finally improves the management efficiency of the enterprise.
