因装饰装修造成框架梁柱损伤的加固处理

【摘要】：通过某框架结构因装饰装修工程造成的框架梁柱损伤问题的处理,探讨框架结构梁柱损伤后进行检测鉴定及加固处理的方法和内容。由于装饰装修对建筑物造成的影响具有一定的不确定性,与普通建筑物的检测鉴定工作相比,对受损伤的建筑物结构安全性更难以直接准确的进行评估。应采用多种检测方法进行比较和分析,力求能客观、准确地确认建筑物的受害情况和损坏程度。根据混凝土结构构件受损部位、受损程度,分别采取相应的加固处理措施。
[Abstract]:Through the treatment of frame Liang Zhu damage caused by decoration and decoration of a frame structure, the methods and contents of detection, identification and reinforcement of frame structure after Liang Zhu damage are discussed. Because of the uncertainty of the influence of decoration and decoration on buildings, it is more difficult to evaluate the safety of damaged buildings directly and accurately compared with the inspection and identification work of common buildings. In order to confirm the damage and damage degree of buildings objectively and accurately, a variety of detection methods should be used to compare and analyze. According to the damage position and degree of concrete structural members, corresponding reinforcement measures are taken.
