【摘要】：传统方式建造的公共租赁住房在质量控制和后期运营、维护、保障等方面存在诸多亟待解决的问题,根本原因在于缺乏完善的设计理念及建造技术保障体系。结合众美光合原著项目的设计,探讨公共租赁住房设计方式及其建造技术等方面的创新。
[Abstract]:There are many problems to be solved in the aspects of quality control, later operation, maintenance and security of the public rental housing built in the traditional way. The basic reason lies in the lack of perfect design concept and construction technology guarantee system. This paper discusses the innovation of public rental housing design and its construction technology.
