青岛大剧院项目装饰工程质量控制研究

【摘要】：近年来，伴随着我国经济的迅速发展，文化设施的建设也在各大城市中如火如荼的展开，许许多多风格迥异，造型独特的建筑品涌现在世人眼前，让现代化的城市充满艺术的气息。在这些文化地标的兴建过程中，装饰工程起到了至关重要的作用，它给人以视觉的冲击，加深了人民对城市的印象。但是，我们必须承认，装饰行业出现的质量问题也越来越突出，已经引起了各界的广泛关注。一方面是由于国内装饰公司以小企业居多，行业离散度高，存在恶性竞争的局面，行业内缺乏一个统一的标准，导致工程施工质量层次不一，另一方面是因为时代赋予了质量更为全面的内涵，过去单一的质量要求难以满足人民的追求。因此，大力提高装饰工程质量已成为地产开发商、建筑承包商以及装饰装修公司生存壮大的首要条件。本文以青岛大剧院装饰工程项目作为研究背景。首先阐述了论文的研究背景、研究目的及意义，指出了装饰工程质量控制的国内外研究现状；接着阐述了装饰工程质量控制的基本概念、基本原理、基本方法、发展历程等；然后结合我国装饰工程的施工现状，指出了目前装饰工程存在的问题并加以分析，从不同方面阐述了装饰工程质量的影响因素；针对上述装饰工程存在的问题，本文在查阅大量资料及结合自身工作经验的基础上，从项目前期筹备阶段、项目施工阶段、项目后期维护阶段三大方面建立了集成化装饰工程质量控制体系，对装饰工程项目进行集成、系统、全面、全过程的控制；最后以青岛大剧院项目装饰工程实施为例，从生态协调性、环保性、地理区位等方面对工程质量内涵进行了扩充，对项目实施过程中各项质量控制举措加以分析，证明了集成化质量控制体系的科学性与实用性，，同时，该质量控制体系对于创建精品工程具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the construction of cultural facilities is also in full swing in major cities, many different styles and unique architectural products emerge in front of the world. Let the modern city be filled with the atmosphere of art. In the process of constructing these cultural landmarks, decoration works play a vital role, which gives people a visual impact and deepens the impression of the people on the city. However, we must admit that the quality problems in the decoration industry are becoming more and more prominent, which has caused widespread concern from all walks of life. On the one hand, the majority of domestic decoration companies are small enterprises, with high industry dispersion, vicious competition and the lack of a unified standard in the industry, resulting in different levels of construction quality. On the other hand, because the times endow the quality with more comprehensive connotation, it is difficult to satisfy the people's pursuit by the single quality requirement in the past. Therefore, improving the quality of decoration engineering has become the first condition for real estate developers, construction contractors and decoration companies to survive and grow. This paper takes the decoration project of Qingdao Grand Theater as the research background. Firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of the thesis are expounded, and the present research situation of the quality control of decorative engineering is pointed out, and then the basic concept, basic principle, basic method, development course and so on of the quality control of decoration engineering are expounded. Then combined with the construction situation of the decoration engineering in our country, this paper points out the problems existing in the decoration engineering at present and analyzes the factors affecting the quality of the decoration engineering from different aspects, aiming at the problems existing in the above decoration engineering. On the basis of consulting a large amount of data and combining with one's own work experience, this paper establishes an integrated decorative engineering quality control system from three aspects: the preparatory stage of the project, the construction stage of the project and the maintenance stage of the late stage of the project. Integrated, systematic, comprehensive and whole process control of the decoration project. Finally, taking the implementation of the decoration project of Qingdao Grand Theater as an example, the connotation of engineering quality is expanded from the aspects of ecological coordination, environmental protection, geographical location, etc. Through the analysis of various quality control measures in the process of project implementation, it is proved that the integrated quality control system is scientific and practical. At the same time, the quality control system has a certain reference and guiding significance for the establishment of quality engineering.
