中铁建工装饰公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:中铁建工集团装饰公司是一家以建筑装饰装修工程为主的企业。中铁建工装饰公司在市场环境急速变化的今天,既有难得的机遇,也面临严峻的挑战。公司以实现“继续扩大经营规模;提升安全、管理能力,向更辉煌的目标迈进”作为新征程的目标。中铁建工集团装饰公司想要把握大局,持续发展就需要制定一个既适应市场要求又符合企业实际的发展战略。基于此,本文提出了中铁建工装饰公司的发展战略研究问题。 本论文所研究的思路就是:调查研究、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题,使用的方式是将理论和实践以及定量和定性有效结合在一起的实证分析方法,将迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论作为重要根据,经过分析行业生命周期和PEST环境以及“五力模型”行业竞争要素,从而扫描了企业处于的行业与宏观外部环境,将威胁与机会找出来;由分析企业内部条件从而找寻出优劣势;由分析SWOT战略,总体发展战略和基本竞争战略。本文对建筑装饰行业现状和存在问题进行了分析,引入战略管理概念对中铁建工装饰公司的外部环境进行了深入分析,包括宏观环境和行业环境的分析,重点探讨了建筑装饰行业的前景问题;进而剖析了中铁建工装饰公司的内部环境,产品及业务组合,资产及财务、人力资源状况,在建筑装饰业的主要细分市场及相关多元领域进行SWOT分析,找出企业的核心优势和可利用的资源。 本文以中铁建工装饰公司为研究对象,在讨论国有建筑装饰企业的战略模式的基础上,结合中铁建工装饰公司的内外部分析,制定了企业发展战略与管理体系,以转变观念和将机关的思维方式进行规范,着重对工程质量的管理作了强调,始终坚持抓安全管理,从而制定和公司实际相符合的人力资源管理体系,思路、原则、方式以及目标,制定和公司财务管理特征相适应的管理方法,加强对项目导向性的企业管理模式体系,强化执行发展战略的建设方案。
[Abstract]:China Railway Construction Group Decoration Co., Ltd. is a building decoration and decoration engineering-based enterprises. China Railway Construction and Decoration Company in the rapid changes in the market environment today, both rare opportunities, but also facing severe challenges. To achieve "continue to expand the scale of business; improve safety, management capabilities, to a more brilliant goal" as the new goal. In order to grasp the overall situation, the sustainable development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group needs to formulate a development strategy that not only meets the requirements of the market but also accords with the actual situation of the enterprise. Based on this, this paper puts forward the development strategy research of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company. The idea of this paper is to investigate and study, put forward problems, analyze problems, solve problems, and use empirical analysis methods that combine theory and practice, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis. Taking Michael Porter's theory of competition strategy as an important basis, after analyzing the industry life cycle, PEST environment and the "five forces model" industry competition elements, the paper scans the industry and macro external environment in which the enterprise is in. Identify threats and opportunities; By analyzing the internal conditions of the enterprise to find out the advantages and disadvantages, by analyzing the SWOT strategy, the overall development strategy and the basic competition strategy. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of architectural decoration industry, and introduces the concept of strategic management to deeply analyze the external environment of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, including the macro environment and the industry environment. The prospect of architectural decoration industry is discussed in detail. Then it analyzes the internal environment, product and business combination, assets and finance, human resources of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, and carries out SWOT analysis in the main market segments and related multiple fields of architectural decoration industry. Find out the core advantages of the enterprise and available resources. On the basis of discussing the strategic model of state-owned building decoration enterprises and combining with the internal and external analysis of China Railway Construction and Decoration Company, this paper makes the development strategy and management system of the enterprises, taking the China Railway Construction and Decoration Company as the research object. By changing the concept and standardizing the mode of thinking of the organization, the emphasis is placed on the management of the engineering quality, and the safety management is always adhered to so as to formulate the human resources management system, ideas and principles that are in line with the company's actual situation. The methods and objectives of the management should be formulated to suit the characteristics of the financial management of the company, the enterprise management mode system should be strengthened, and the construction scheme of implementing the development strategy should be strengthened.
