杨木重组装饰地板坯的表面强化处理

【摘要】:用水溶性低分子酚醛树脂(PF)与添加耐磨成分的PF树脂,分别浸渍处理杨木重组装饰地板坯,并检测被处理地板的表面力学性能。试验表明,浸渍处理可显著提高地板的表面耐磨性、抗冲击性和硬度,增加其静曲强度和弹性模量;采用添加耐磨成分PF树脂处理的地板,较普通PF树脂处理时,其表面耐磨性和抗冲击性能显著提高。
[Abstract]:A water-soluble low-molecular phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) and a PF resin for adding a wear-resistant component are respectively soaked and treated to process the poplar and decorate the blank, and the mechanical property of the surface of the treated floor is detected. The test shows that the surface wear resistance, impact resistance and hardness of the floor can be obviously improved by the dipping treatment, the static bending strength and the elastic modulus of the floor can be increased, and the surface wear resistance and the impact resistance of the floor treated by the addition of the wear-resistant component PF resin are obviously improved.
