在高校中推广采茶舞教学的体育价值及应用研究

【摘要】：采茶舞为我国较为传统的民族舞种之一,在我国分布广泛,作为民族传统体育之一,其在长期的发展中,继承了民族文化的精髓,是在结合客家的生产方式、生活习惯、农耕劳作等各项风俗特点的基础上,进行总结编排而成,具有深厚的文化底蕴。但现今,伴随着世界文化多元化的逐步发展,人们对采茶舞等民族传统体育的关注程度逐步降低,我国民族传统体育逐步面临困惑境地。因此高校作为我国文化传播的重要场地,应肩负起民族传统文化传承发展这一重要使命。本文以赣南采茶舞为例,概述了采茶舞的基本情况及其特征,分析探讨了高校中推广采茶舞教学的体育价值,并提出了高校中推广采茶舞教学的路径,以期参考。
[Abstract]:Tea picking dance is one of the more traditional ethnic dance species in our country, widely distributed in our country, as one of the traditional national sports, its long-term development, inherited the essence of national culture, is in combination with Hakka production. Living habits, farming and other customs on the basis of characteristics, summarized and arranged, with a profound cultural heritage, but now, with the gradual development of cultural diversity in the world. People pay less attention to traditional sports such as tea picking dance and so on, and our national traditional sports gradually face confusion. Therefore, colleges and universities as an important venue for the dissemination of Chinese culture. This paper takes Gannan tea picking dance as an example, summarizes the basic situation and characteristics of tea picking dance, and analyzes the sports value of popularizing tea picking dance teaching in colleges and universities. And put forward the way of popularizing tea-picking dance teaching in colleges and universities, with a view to reference.
