广场舞锻炼对老年人身体自尊和幸福感的影响

【摘要】：中国2010年第六次人口普查时,60岁及以上老年人口达到17764万,占总人口数的13.26%。而据民政部公布的报告显示,截至2015年底,我国60岁及以上老年人口达到了全国总人口的16.1%,由此表明人口老龄化加速,老年群体逐年增加。在中国人的传统观念里,老年人通常是一个大家庭的核心,所有家庭成员围绕着老年人而形成和谐的家庭关系。因此,老年人幸福感的提高,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要前提,也是实现社会发展进步的基础。对于老年群体,广场舞以其特殊的锻炼形式、热情欢快的内容为广大中老年人所喜爱,成为了老年人运动的首选。相对于其它舞蹈动作幅度大、节奏激烈等原因,导致不太适合老年人参与,广场舞以其动作较为舒缓、节奏较为缓慢、气氛相对活跃的特点能够使老年人在运动的过程中同时获得身体锻炼和愉悦心理的效果,在锻炼和增加幸福感层面更适合老年群体。本研究从老年人的真实需求出发,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数据分析法等研究方法,通过实验,探究广场舞运动对老年人幸福感的影响。即运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,采用《身体自尊量表》(PSPP)、《幸福感量表-GWB》对实验者进行控制实验,忠实记录老年人的身体与心理状况,从而分析广场舞对老年人幸福感的影响。研究得出如下结论:(1)老年人通过从事广场舞运动,可以提高身体自尊水平。(2)老年人通过从事广场舞运动,可以提高积极情绪,进而提高幸福感水平。(3)老年人的身体自尊与幸福感存在正相关。
[Abstract]:At the time of China's 6th census on 2010, the number of elderly people aged 60 and above reached 177.64 million, accounting for 13.26 percent of the total population. According to a report released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, as of end of 2015. The elderly population aged 60 and above in China has reached 16.1% of the total population of the country, which indicates that the aging of the population is accelerating and the number of the elderly population is increasing year by year. The elderly are usually the nucleus of a large family, and all family members form a harmonious family relationship around the elderly. Therefore, the improvement of the well-being of the elderly is an important prerequisite for building a harmonious socialist society. It is also the basis of social development and progress. For the elderly group, square dance for its special form of exercise, warm and cheerful content for the majority of the elderly people like. Compared with other dance movements, the rhythm is fierce and so on, which is not suitable for the elderly to participate in. Square dance is more slow and slow with its actions. The characteristics of relatively active atmosphere can make the elderly get the effect of physical exercise and pleasant psychology simultaneously in the process of exercise. From the point of view of the real needs of the elderly, this study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, data analysis and so on. To explore the impact of square dance on the well-being of the elderly, that is, using literature, questionnaire, experimental methods and other research methods, using the "body Self-esteem scale" (PSPP). The GWB was used to control the subjects to record the physical and psychological status of the elderly faithfully. From the analysis of the influence of square dance on the well-being of the elderly, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the elderly can improve their physical self-esteem by engaging in square dancing. 2) the elderly can do square dancing by engaging in square dancing. It can improve the positive emotion, and then improve the level of well-being. 3) there is a positive correlation between the body self-esteem and well-being of the elderly.
