我国高水平标准舞运动员翻滚转步的运动学分析

【摘要】:本文研究主要运用生物力学实验研究的方法和测试手段,借助先进的实验仪器Qualisys红外高速摄像2d/3d分析系统,对我国高水平标准舞运动员赵鹏汪琪——世界体育舞蹈联合会(World Dance Sport Federation简称wdsf)高组别a组冠军华尔兹中的翻滚转步(Tumple Turn)动作全过程进行三维拍摄,从而获得有价值的运动学参数,对他们的翻滚转步动作进行运动学分析。研究目的:经考察大多数舞蹈老师在训练以及传授学生动作技术时,通常将自身积累下来的经验和本体感觉,用言传身教的方法传授给学生。经过查阅大量文献资料,体育科研人员对标准舞的生物力学研究的论文不多,利用红外高速摄像对标准舞技术动作进行三维分析研究的文献更少。所以本文利用Qualisys动作捕捉系统分析软件,采集到精确的2D/3D数据图像,进行技术数据分析,为教练员科学训练、改进技术、纠正错误动作提供依据。应用Qualisys系统对我国标准舞优秀运动员翻滚转步动作进行初步拍摄和分析,为我国标准舞技术动作的发展提供帮助。分析翻滚转步动作可得:1、女士重心下降幅度多于男士且形成上托住男士重心的形态。2、男女双人配合舞动时,在旋转环节存在着出步时间差,处在外圈的人要早于处于内圈的人出步。摆动动力腿阶段女士在外圈,女士右腿摆动速度比男士左腿摆动速度快,为更好的配合动作的完成,男士晚于女士0.19秒上步。撇转阶段女士在外圈,开始2.42秒时刻男士左脚脚踝迅速外旋,在2.285时刻女士右脚脚踝迅速内旋,女士早于男士0.135秒撇转。3、头的速度和膝、踝内外旋角度都可决定动作的质量和方向。4、髋关节在矢状轴的倾斜和躯干在矢状轴的倾斜并不同步,此动作躯干在矢状轴的倾斜要多于髋关节在矢状轴的倾斜,男士在交叉腿阶段只进行了躯干在矢状轴的倾斜,髋关节在矢状轴没有倾斜。5、男士在做动作时倾斜、摆荡、还原都早于女士,故男士是领导地位,固要提前发出信号引导女士做动作。分析翻滚转步动作可得:1、女士重心下降幅度多于男士且形成上托住男士重心的形态。2、男女双人配合舞动时,在旋转环节存在着出步时间差,处在外圈的人要早于处于内圈的人出步。摆动动力腿阶段女士在外圈,女士右腿摆动速度比男士左腿摆动速度快,为更好的配合动作的完成,男士晚于女士0.19秒上步。撇转阶段女士在外圈,开始2.42秒时刻男士左脚脚踝迅速外旋,在2.285时刻女士右脚脚踝迅速内旋,女士早于男士0.135秒撇转。3、头的速度和膝、踝内外旋角度都可决定动作的质量和方向。4、髋关节在矢状轴的倾斜和躯干在矢状轴的倾斜并不同步,此动作躯干在矢状轴的倾斜要多于髋关节在矢状轴的倾斜,男士在交叉腿阶段只进行了躯干在矢状轴的倾斜,髋关节在矢状轴没有倾斜。5、男士在做动作时倾斜、摆荡、还原都早于女士,故男士是领导地位,固要提前发出信号引导女士做动作。
[Abstract]:This study mainly uses the methods and testing methods of biomechanics experimental research, and with the help of advanced experimental instruments Qualisys infrared high-speed camera 2d/3d analysis system, the high level standard dancer Zhao Peng Wang Qi, the World Sports Dance Federation (World Dance Sport Federation for short) a group champion waltz. The Qualisys system is applied to the preliminary shooting and analysis of the rolling and rolling movements of the elite Chinese standard dancer, which will help the development of the technical movement of the standard dance in our country.
