【摘要】： 本文旨在通过对现代项目管理应用于美术馆运营活动的必要性和可行性研究,论证美术馆适合引入现代项目管理理念;并深入探究适用于美术馆运营活动的项目管理方法和其中关键问题的解决,以期解决美术馆项目管理应用的实用性和操作性问题。隶属于博物馆学的美术馆管理学和隶属于管理学的现代项目管理学目前尚为两个相对独立和弱相关的学科,两者在实际情况中有或多或少的联系,但一直未有从方法论的角度明确提出美术馆应用项目管理的论题。本文在此进行一个积极的探索性研究,期望带来一个全新而务实的角度。首先从美术馆的运营活动出发,对其进行总结和细分构成部分,探求美术馆运营活动的成功要素;然后从项目管理的价值特征出发,将其放置于美术馆运营环境中进行分析,总结并提炼美术馆运营活动项目管理的核心价值,在两方面基础上创立美术馆项目管理价值模型(IOPC-M)。其后,通过针对美术馆项目管理的实际过程发现并提炼四个实施核心要素,在对核心要素的重要性和功能性的阐释过程中,展示美术馆中某个运营活动应用项目管理的全过程。在展开此选题的研究论述中,本文使用了建立分析模型、总结逻辑图表、进行案例分析等方式和手段,力求做到有理有据、条理清晰。
