【摘要】: 地理环境的不同是形成地域特征民族文化的基础,而承认人类智慧的普遍相同,承认人类基本价值的共性,则是人类文明共同性原则的前提。中国当代文化艺术建设是当今全球化背景下的地域文化民族化的建设,在当代全球背景下对于人与自然关系以及人对于自身和对于环境的态度问题的关注,是国际问题,更是中国问题。现代艺术是世界所有发达国家的当代艺术主流,代表着西方国家的民族精神和先进文化。但是,没有哪一条证据表明:中国这近20年的中国现代艺术能够承担和代表中国文化、中国精神、甚至能够被誉为是最先进的文化,无论从艺术家自身的素质,还是理论系统的自给自足上,还是艺术品的文化内涵上,还是公众影响力上来说,都不能够代表地域民族的共同价值。西方的发展法则无法直接套在西方以外的各民族、各地域的经济和文化建设之上,中国没有必要为现代化而抛弃民族根性的一切,中国现代艺术进程也没有必要有义务似的来推崇美国五六十年代的大师来作为自己发展的蓝本,少数以符合西方标准而产生的轰动效应只是中国现、当代艺术进程的暂时现象和必要过程,也同时,对于中国本原文化中“天人合一”的人与自然的和谐关系,以及顺应宇宙自然规律的体验与理解,不但西方社会科学所提供的发展法则不能适用,而且这恰恰是西方文化自身最应当批评与反省的症结所在,以西方现代化为特征的全球化所带来的负面效应在今天将引导人们,由其是中国,更应当珍视自己文化中的,那些延续数千年的、在今天的经济文化建设中不被强调的、甚至是被忽视的那些成份,弘扬发展中国本原文化,建设具有中国特色、中国精神的中国当代艺术,中国有责任为全球化的现代性贡献自己的力量。
[Abstract]:The difference of geographical environment is the basis of forming the national culture with regional characteristics, while recognizing the universal similarity of human wisdom and the commonness of human basic values. The construction of contemporary Chinese culture and art is the construction of regional culture nationalization under the background of globalization. It is an international problem to pay attention to the relationship between man and nature and the attitude of man to himself and to the environment in the contemporary global context. Modern art is the mainstream of contemporary art in all developed countries, representing the national spirit and advanced culture of western countries. There is no evidence that Chinese modern art in the last 20 years can bear and represent Chinese culture, Chinese spirit, and even can be praised as the most advanced culture, whether from the artist's own quality. Or the self-sufficiency of the theoretical system, or the cultural connotation of art, or the public influence. Neither of them can represent the common values of regional ethnic groups. Western development rules cannot be directly applied to the economic and cultural construction of all ethnic groups and regions outside the West. There is no need for China to abandon all national roots for the sake of modernization, nor is it necessary for the process of modern Chinese art to have the obligation to honor the masters of the United States in the 1950s and 1960s as the blueprint for their own development. A few sensational effects in accordance with western standards are only the temporary phenomenon and necessary process of the process of contemporary art in China, and at the same time, the harmonious relationship between man and nature in the original culture of China. The experience and understanding of conforming to the natural laws of the universe, not only the development rules provided by the western social sciences cannot be applied, but also this is the crux of the western culture itself that should be criticized and introspected most. The negative effects of globalization, characterized by Western modernization, will lead people today, not only to China, but also to those in their own culture that last for thousands of years. In today's economic and cultural construction is not stressed, or even ignored those elements, to promote the development of Chinese primitive culture, the construction of Chinese characteristics, the Chinese spirit of contemporary Chinese art. China has the responsibility to contribute to the modernity of globalization.
