【摘要】:高效率生产是以一种有形的方式创造商业利润的。生产率是可度量的,比如在不出错的情况下完成所需要的时间。舒适的工作则以不太明显的方式创造商业利润。高效率的生产当然离不开宜人的符合人机的产品供给操作者。随着时代的进步,缺乏美感的机床产品早已不能适应市场的需求,产品也应具有美的欣赏价值和艺术魅力,使人觉得亲切、悦目,而改变其乏味冷漠的面貌。因此,机床设计无论从生理上还是心理上都要满足人们舒适性和宜人性的要求。人们在选购工业产品时,往往是从形状和功能以及色彩为出发点。 人-机-环境系统是多学科交叉的课题,心理学家、生理学家、人体测量学家、医生、工程师等都参与了这个课题的研究。在不同的国家或来自不同学科的专家往往使用不同的名称。 在生产过程中,人是控制者与操作者,处于主体地位。要最有利的发挥人的工作效率,减少人为的不利条件,加强系统人机学的研究,提高可靠性设计的综合效能,是机床传统设计构思上的变革,是未来机床产品设计的必然趋势。 在造型设计中,形、色是两个最重要的形式因素。产品的美是综合形、色和材料美而产生的。然而,在看的一瞬间呈现于人们眼前的东西却是色彩配合的效果。也就是说,在视觉效果上,色先于形,色比形更富有吸引力。 色彩的心理、生理作用和习惯好恶,造成色彩对工效和情绪的特殊作用。如何利用颜色构成良好的色彩环境,使工作场所变得清新、洁净,使人感到心情舒畅,精神振奋。从而提高工作效率,将是一个值得重视的课题。 认真而科学地研究机床的色彩设计并付诸实施,对美化保护机床、对安全生产和提高工作效率、对创造良好的色彩环境和愉快人的身心等方面,都具有重要的现实意义。 本文以人机工程学理论、色彩理论及相关理论为基础,以满足现代数控机床设计需要为目标,研究支持产品创新和人机特性的基础技术,建立理论体系和量化数据。
[Abstract]:Efficient production creates commercial profit in a tangible way. Productivity is measurable, such as the time needed to finish in case of error. Comfortable work in less obvious ways to create commercial profits. Efficient production certainly cannot do without pleasant the machine product supplied to operator with. The progress of the times, the lack of beauty products can't meet the needs of the market, the product should also have to appreciate beauty value and artistic charm, make people feel warm, pleasing to the eye, and change its dull and indifferent appearance. Therefore, the machine tool design in terms of physical or psychological need to meet people comfortable and pleasant the requirements of people. In the purchase of industrial products, often from shape and function and color as the starting point.
Human machine environment system is a multidisciplinary topic. Psychologists, physiologists, anthropologists, doctors and engineers have participated in this research. Experts from different countries or from different disciplines often use different names.
In the production process, is a control and operator in the main position. The most favorable play to people's work efficiency, reduce artificial adverse condition, strengthen research on system ergonomics, improve the comprehensive efficiency of reliability design, is the traditional design concept of machine tool change, is the inevitable trend of the future machine tool design.
In shape design, shape and color are the two most important factors form. Beautiful products are integrated, color and material beauty to produce. However, at the moment to see what is presented in front of people with color effect. That is to say, the visual effect and color before shape. The shape is more attractive.
The color of the psychological, physiological action and the custom caused by the special role of color on ergonomics and emotions. How to use color to constitute good color environment, make the workplace clean, clean, make people feel comfortable, spirits. So as to improve work efficiency, is an issue worthy of attention.
A careful and scientific study of color design and implementation of machine tools is of great practical significance for beautifying and protecting machine tools, for safety production and efficiency, for creating good color environment and happy people's body and mind.
Based on the theory of ergonomics, color theory and related theories, and aiming at meeting the needs of modern CNC machine tools design, this paper studies the basic technology supporting product innovation and human-machine characteristics, and establishes theoretical system and quantitative data.
