从认知语言学的角度对徐志摩和叶芝诗作中的爱情隐喻的比较研究

【摘要】： 隐喻是一种普遍现象，人们每时每刻都在使用大量的隐喻。传统的隐喻观认为隐喻是一种修辞手段、语言艺术，，而隐喻的现代理论则认为隐喻是一种认知工具。 本论文不仅涉及了隐喻的概念、特点、本质和几大理论，而且把最近兴起的认知语言学理论运用到具体的爱情概念隐喻中，对徐志摩和叶芝诗作中的爱情隐喻进行对比分析，从认知语言学的角度探讨英汉语言中爱情概念隐喻的产生原因、工作机制和功能等，以揭示人们如何运用隐喻这一工具进行思维，感知世界和认识世界。 本论文从认知语言学的视角对英汉两位诗人作品中的爱情隐喻进行比较研究，目的是为了从英汉两种语言，两种文化的角度支持概念隐喻的现代认知理论。研究表明，隐喻是建立在人类体验基础上的认知工具，人们通过隐喻化抽象为具体，来感知抽象的情感“爱”。人们的身体结构，生活体验的相似性和不同的自然、社会、文化的特殊性决定了隐喻的概念系统有其一致性和文化特殊性。因此，对两种语言中的隐喻的异同进行阐释也有助于发掘人类认知的共性和个性。
[Abstract]:Metaphor is a universal phenomenon and people use a large number of metaphors all the time. The traditional metaphorical view regards metaphor as a rhetorical device and the art of language while the modern theory of metaphor regards metaphor as a cognitive tool. This thesis not only deals with the concept, characteristics, nature and several theories of metaphor, but also applies the recently developed cognitive linguistics theory to the concrete conceptual metaphor of love, and makes a comparative analysis of the metaphor of love in Xu Zhimo's and Yeats's poems. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this paper probes into the causes, working mechanism and functions of the conceptual metaphor of love in English and Chinese, in order to reveal how people use metaphor to think, perceive and understand the world. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this thesis makes a comparative study of love metaphors in the works of both English and Chinese poets, in order to support the modern cognitive theory of conceptual metaphors from the perspectives of two languages and two cultures. Metaphor is a cognitive tool based on human experience. People perceive abstract emotional "love" through metaphorical abstraction into concrete. Cultural particularity determines that the conceptual system of metaphor has its consistency and cultural particularity. Therefore, it is helpful to explore the commonness and individuality of human cognition by explaining the similarities and differences of metaphor between the two languages.
