原住民艺术品归还的学术思考

【摘要】：原住民艺术品作为承载着文化核心价值和情感寄托的物品,在文化实践中具有不可替代的作用和意义。但近代以来,大量原住民艺术品离开了原在场所,成为收藏品和展示物,服务于与其原初文化情境不同的其他目的。近十余年来,在北美等地出现了要求归还原住民艺术品的运动。从这一运动出发,围绕其间对原住民艺术品归属的种种主张,关注在物品保存和放置的空间转换过程中原住民艺术品属性的多元性呈现。作者认为,当地公众必须对于文化遗产及其相关事务有更多知情权和话语权,博物馆应当重新定位,在原住民艺术品归还运动中发挥文化对话和合作作用。
[Abstract]:As the cultural core value and emotional sustenance, aboriginal art plays an irreplaceable role and significance in cultural practice.But since modern times, a large number of aboriginal works of art have left the original place, become collectibles and exhibits, and serve other purposes different from their original cultural situation.In recent ten years, in North America and other places to demand the return of indigenous art movement.Starting from this movement and focusing on the various opinions about the ownership of aboriginal works of art during this period, we pay attention to the diversity of the properties of aboriginal works of art in the process of space conversion of preservation and placement of objects.The author believes that the local public must have more right to know and speak about cultural heritage and its related affairs, and that museums should reposition themselves and play a cultural dialogue and cooperative role in the movement for the return of indigenous works of art.
