《拜访者》《普鲁》翻译实践报告

【摘要】：《拜访者》和《普鲁》出自于加拿大女作家爱丽丝·门罗的The Moons of Jupiter这部小说集,小说集共由十篇短篇小说组成。现以这两篇小说作为笔者此次翻译实践报告的实践文本。本实践报告分四部分。第一部分是任务描述,包括翻译文本的来源与选择,作者简介和作品简介。第二部分是笔者在翻译过程中主要使用的翻译理论——尤金·奈达的功能对等理论。第三部分是翻译过程的描述,包括译前准备、翻译过程中遇到的问题以及案例分析。第四部分是翻译总结,主要概括笔者通过此次翻译实践的收获以及尚需解决的问题。在翻译报告中,笔者对于文化负载词、对话以及长难句的翻译进行了重点阐述和译例分析,论述了如何运用直译加注、意译、增译、省译、整合等不同的翻译策略和方法,来使译文与原文达到功能对等,实现译文的目的和意义。
[Abstract]:Visitors and Pru are from the collection of The Moons of Jupiter by Canadian writer Alice Monroe, which consists of ten short stories.These two novels are now taken as the practical text of the author's translation practice report.The report is divided into four parts.The first part is the task description, including the source and choice of the translated text, the introduction of the author and the introduction of the works.The second part is Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory, which is mainly used in the process of translation.The third part is the description of translation process, including pre-translation preparation, translation problems and case studies.The fourth part is the translation summary, which summarizes the author's achievements in translation practice and the problems to be solved.In the translation report, the author focuses on the translation of culture-loaded words, dialogues and long difficult sentences, and discusses how to use different translation strategies and methods, such as literal annotation, free translation, additional translation, saving translation, integration and so on.In order to achieve functional equivalence with the original text, achieve the purpose and significance of the translation.
