拱廊漫步:论本雅明的“闲逛者”及其当代文化意义

【摘要】: “闲逛者”是德国法兰克福学派美学家本雅明在对19世纪法国抒情诗人波德莱尔的研究中提出的一个非常重要且影响深远的概念,特指那些因为现代性城市的兴起,而可以游荡在城市各个角落,观察、体验都市生活的人。为了揭示现代性体验,本雅明把研究的视野定位于巴黎“拱廊街”的研究,从“拱廊街”现象出发将视点落在了闲逛者这一现代社会特有的族群身上。本雅明的“拱廊街计划”问世之后,文学和文化研究者经常用闲逛者意象来探讨城市经验、城市空间与审美现代性等问题。本雅明笔下的闲逛者意象为我们阅读和分析城市文本提供了一个重要的理论视野。闲逛者意象在后现代性消费空间中具有重要的文化意义。 全文由“引言”、“正文”及“结语”组成,其中“正文”又分为三章。 引言主要是对国内梳理和综述本雅明研究现状。旨在说明本论文研究工作的目的,涉及范围、相关领域的前人研究成果、研究设想、研究方法以及理论意义。 第一章从本雅明论波德莱尔的专著的理论视野,审视19世纪巴黎街头“闲逛者”这一意象。论述在资本主义语境下的闲逛者具有的深层文化意蕴:作为“闲逛者”的文人不可逆转的历史命运——任何都市里的艺术家都脱离不了资本主义兴起后商品阴影的笼罩。 第二章从审美现代性的角度来研究、阐释、批判本雅明笔下的“闲逛者”作为一种重要的文化形式呈现出的现代性的辐辏与多重关联域,重点探讨闲逛者与拱廊街、人群之间的关系,以及现代社会中闲逛者所体现的孤独的美学症候,闲逛者的性别构成等现代性问题。 第三章将把本雅明笔下“闲逛者”意象置入后现代性消费社会的语境下,就本雅明的闲逛者意象与消费文化所产生的关联性进行探讨,特别拓展了它与现代生活之间的视觉联系,视觉消费,日常生活审美化等问题的研究。充分挖掘闲逛者意象的当代消费文化意义。 结语基于全文的论述,得出如下的结论:我们不能仅仅把闲逛者理解为19世纪的一种社会类型和历史现象,更应该把它作为一种精神类型或文化现象来分析,即我们更应把它作为一种文学主题和美学批判,一个呈现都市生活经验、表达商品与大众关系的意象,对它的分析构成了一种观察社会文化的特殊视角和方法论。
[Abstract]:"wanderer" is a very important and far-reaching concept put forward by Benjamin Benjamin, an aesthetician of the Frankfurt School of Germany, in his study of Baudelaire, a French lyric poet in the 19th century, especially because of the rise of modern cities. And can wander in every corner of the city, observe, experience the person of city life. In order to reveal the experience of modernity, Benjamin focused his research on the study of "Arch Corridor Street" in Paris, and from the phenomenon of "Arch Corridor Street", he set his eyes on the loafer, a special ethnic group in modern society. After Benjamin's "Arch Corridor Street Plan" came into being, literary and cultural researchers often use loitering images to explore the problems of urban experience, urban space and aesthetic modernity. Benjamin's loafer images provide an important theoretical perspective for us to read and analyze urban texts. Loitering image has important cultural significance in the consumption space of post-modernity. The full text is composed of introduction, text and conclusion, in which the text is divided into three chapters. The introduction mainly reviews the present situation of Benjamin's research in China. The purpose of this paper is to explain the purpose, scope, research achievements, research ideas, research methods and theoretical significance of the research work in this paper. The first chapter examines the image of "wandering man" in the streets of Paris in the 19th century from the theoretical perspective of Benjamin's monographs on Baudelaire. This paper discusses the deep cultural implication of loafers in the context of capitalism: the historical fate of the literati as "loiters"-no artist in the city can escape the shadow of commodities after the rise of capitalism. The second chapter studies, interprets and criticizes Benjamin's "wanderer" as an important cultural form of modernity from the perspective of aesthetic modernity, focusing on loitering and arcade street. The relationship between people, the aesthetic symptoms of loneliness embodied by loiters in modern society, the sex composition of loiters, and so on. The third chapter will put the image of "wandering person" in Benjamin's works into the context of post-modern consumer society, and discuss the relationship between the image of wandering person and consumer culture. In particular, it expands the research of visual connection, visual consumption and aesthetic of daily life between it and modern life. Fully excavate the contemporary consumer culture significance of loitering image. The conclusion, based on the full text of the thesis, is as follows: we should not only regard loafers as a social type and a historical phenomenon of the 19th century, but also analyze them as a spiritual type or a cultural phenomenon. That is to say, we should regard it as a literary theme and aesthetic criticism, an image that presents the experience of urban life and expresses the relationship between commodities and the masses, and its analysis constitutes a special perspective and methodology for observing social culture.
