我国艺术类高职院校存在的教学问题与改革对策

【摘要】：正目前,在我国艺术类高职院校的教学过程中普遍存在着一个重要的问题,就是在教学中着重教会学生专业艺术知识与技能,却忽视了培养学生对未来职业进行了解和规划,因此学生们既无法在自己宝贵的三年高职艺术教育中学习到就业岗位上所需的理论知识,也无法真正掌握今后作为艺术从业者所需的各项能力。艺术类高职院校教学内容、方式与市场需求的错位,使得艺术类高职院校毕业生就业面较窄,同样也会导致他们从业后的发展缓慢。
[Abstract]:At present, there is an important problem in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges of art in our country, that is, the emphasis is on teaching students' professional art knowledge and skills, but they neglect to train students to understand and plan their future careers. Therefore, the students can not only learn the theoretical knowledge needed in the position of employment in their precious three years of higher vocational art education, but also can not really grasp the various abilities that they need as art practitioners in the future. The dislocation of teaching content, mode and market demand in higher vocational colleges of art makes the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges of art narrow, and it will also lead to the slow development of their employment.
