从广西工学院艺术团的建设简论普通工科院校大学生艺术团的管理与发展前景

【摘要】： 普通高校大学生艺术团是高校素质教育的重要组成部分。它不仅丰富高校的校园文化生活，而且能有效地提高大学生的审美情趣和文化艺术修养，提升大学生的综合素质。近年来，随着社会发展的需要，国内各高等院校加强了对艺术教育的建设和投入力度，各重点高校在学生艺术团的建设方面还进行了大胆的探索和实践，取得了不少成绩。有关普通高校大学生艺术团的研究，已经成为各级艺术教育管理部门以及各高等学校公共艺术部门密切关注的课题。普通工科高校艺术团是工科高校学生艺术素质的主要体现，它的建设对培养全面发展的理工科高级专门人才具有重要意义。本文以广西工学院大学生艺术团为例，结合普通工科院校的实际情况，对我国普通工科高校大学生艺术团的教学及管理的方式、方法等进行研究，，试图促进普通工科院校大学生艺术团的快速发展，让普通高校大学生艺术团在素质教育中充分发挥其应有的作用。 本文包括绪论、正文、结语三个部分。绪论主要概述了我国普通高校大学生艺术团的研究现状及本论文研究的理论价值和现实意义。正文分三个章节，第一章通过对广西工学院学生文化艺术素质的调查、访谈及对其他院校情况的文献研究，分析和了解我国普通工科院校学生的艺术学习的基本状况特点；第二章对广西工学院大学生艺术团的教学及管理现状进行了概述和总结，并从国内外高校实施艺术教育的先进经验中获得启发，从而在第三章中对普通工科院校大学生艺术团的管理及发展提出一些建设思路。
[Abstract]:The art troupe of college students is an important part of quality education in colleges and universities. It not only enriches the campus cultural life of the university, but also effectively improves the aesthetic taste and cultural and artistic accomplishment of the college students, and promotes the comprehensive quality of the college students. In recent years, with the need of social development, domestic colleges and universities have strengthened the construction and investment of art education, and the key colleges and universities have also carried out bold exploration and practice in the construction of student art troupes, and have made a lot of achievements. The research on the art troupe of college students has become the subject of close attention by the art education management departments at all levels and the public art departments of colleges and universities. The art troupe of general engineering colleges and universities is the main embodiment of the artistic quality of engineering college students, and its construction is of great significance to the cultivation of advanced specialized talents of science and engineering majors in an all-round way. This paper takes the art troupe of college students in Guangxi Institute of Technology as an example, combining with the actual situation of general engineering colleges, studies the teaching and management methods and methods of the art troupe of college students in general engineering colleges and universities in China. This paper attempts to promote the rapid development of the art troupe of college students in general engineering colleges, so as to give full play to its due role in the quality education of college students. This paper includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction mainly summarizes the current research situation of college students' art troupe in our country and the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper. The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes and understands the basic characteristics of the students' art learning in our country through the investigation of the cultural and artistic quality of the students of Guangxi Institute of Technology, interviews and literature research on the situation of other universities. The second chapter summarizes the current situation of teaching and management of college students' art troupe in Guangxi Institute of Technology, and draws inspiration from the advanced experience of implementing art education in colleges and universities at home and abroad. In the third chapter, the author puts forward some construction ideas on the management and development of the art troupe of college students in general engineering colleges.
