《平凡的垂钓》翻译报告

【摘要】：本报告是对美国作家弗兰克R.史塔顿的作品《平凡的垂钓》汉译实践的反思和总结。 在整个翻译实践及对翻译的反思过程中，译者始终坚持目的论的指导作用，并重点关注儿童的认知水平及儿童文学的固有特征。目的论将翻译视为人类一种具体的、有目的的行动，，将译文的目的放在首位，其注重的并非译文与原文之间的对等，而是强调翻译应该根据译文的预期功能为目的来选择最佳的翻译方法和策略。 本报告首先介绍了翻译项目的背景、要求，原作者及其作品，之后系统地阐述了目的论的主要观点，重点探讨了其三大法则，即目的法则、连贯法则、忠实法则对翻译《平凡的垂钓》的指导作用。在报告的主体部分，译者从词汇、句法及语篇三个层面对翻译工作进行了一系列具体的案例分析。通过细致的分析，译者验证了目的论对儿童文学翻译实践良好的指导作用。此外，本报告为中国的儿童文学翻译也提供了一些可行的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:This report is about American writer Frank R. Statton's works "ordinary fishing" the reflection and summary of Chinese translation practice. In the whole translation practice and reflection on translation, the translator always insists on the guiding role of Skopos theory, and focuses on the cognitive level of children and the inherent characteristics of children's literature. Skopos theory regards translation as a concrete and purposeful action of human beings, and puts the purpose of translation in the first place, focusing not on the equivalence between the target text and the original text. Instead, it emphasizes that translation should choose the best translation methods and strategies according to the intended function of the target text. This report first introduces the background, requirements, original authors and their works of translation projects, and then systematically expounds the main viewpoints of Skopos theory, focusing on its three major principles, namely, Skopos rule and coherence rule. The principle of faithfulness guides the translation of ordinary fishing. In the main part of the report, the translator makes a series of case studies on translation from the lexical, syntactic and textual levels. Through careful analysis, the translator verifies the Skopos theory as a good guide to the translation of children's literature. In addition, this report also provides some feasible strategies and suggestions for the translation of children's literature in China.
