论金融支持我国动画产业发展的对策

【摘要】：在全球经济进入以知识为核心竞争力的背景下，世界各国都认识到了文化产业的重要性，美国、日本、韩国等国家都将文化产业提高了前所未有的高度，纷纷制定针对文化产业的发展战略。动画产业是文化产业的重要组成部分，在我国文化产业方兴未艾的今天，如何促进我国动画产业发展也是舆论和学界热议的话题。金融作为支持动画产业发展的一支重要力量，日益受到关注。本文通过分析指出，政府扶持力度不够、融资渠道阻塞、金融支持不均衡、动画产业与金融市场对接程度低、金融机构对动画产业认识不足以及法律政策环境不配套等是当前金融支持我国动画产业发展中面临的严重问题。本文通过对外国动画产业发展现状的介绍，，特别是结合日本、美国和韩国等国金融支持动画产业发展的举措和经验，从继续加大政府扶持力度、创新金融服务以及完善其他配套措施等三个方面提出了全方位的对策，试图解决金融支持不足的问题，促使我国动画产业走上又好又快的发展道路。
[Abstract]:In the context of the global economy entering the knowledge-based core competitiveness, all countries in the world have realized the importance of the cultural industry. The United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries have raised the cultural industry to an unprecedented height. One after another, the development strategy for the cultural industry has been formulated. Animation industry is an important part of cultural industry. Nowadays, how to promote the development of animation industry in China is a hot topic of public opinion and academic circles. As an important force to support the development of animation industry, finance is getting more and more attention. This paper points out that government support is not enough, financing channels are blocked, financial support is not balanced, animation industry and financial market are not docked. The lack of understanding of animation industry by financial institutions and inadequate legal policy environment are the serious problems that finance faces in supporting the development of animation industry in China at present. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of foreign animation industry, especially combining the measures and experiences of Japan, the United States and South Korea to support the development of animation industry, from continuing to increase government support. Three aspects of innovative financial services and improving other supporting measures are put forward in order to solve the problem of insufficient financial support and promote our animation industry to take a good and fast development path.
