劳伦斯小说中的阶级意识研究

【摘要】：戴·赫·劳伦斯是20世纪极富独特天分同时也是倍受争议的小说家。本文从阶级意识的角度运用马克思主义阶级分析方法来探讨劳伦斯创作生涯早中晚期三个阶段的三部主要代表作小说《儿子与情人》、《恋爱中的女人》以及《查泰莱夫人的情人》。通过对各作品中主要人物的阶级分析，本文展现了劳伦斯阶级意识的三个变化阶段及其变化趋势。早期自传性质作品《儿子与情人》中，“阶级”作为小说的背景，劳伦斯借主人公保尔·莫瑞尔表现出自身家庭父母阶级背景悬殊所导致的阶级认同危机；中期作品《恋爱中的女人》中，“阶级”则不仅是背景元素而是成为决定小说几位主人公命运的强大力量，通过没有任何阶级身份的代言人伯金，，劳伦斯批判阶级分化并寻求解决阶级认同危机的方法，体现出其阶级意识的转变；而晚期代表作《查泰莱夫人的情人》中，“阶级”已经成为小说的主题之一，劳伦斯更加深刻地批判矿主所代表的统治阶级、也更加清晰地表明相信主人公梅勒斯所代表的工人阶级的力量，通过他和原本属于统治阶级的康妮的自由结合表达出劳伦斯理想中消除阶级分化的和谐统一，展现出其阶级意识的觉醒。劳伦斯阶级意识的转变揭示了在他表面上大胆张扬的性爱场面描写之后，是对工业文明、资本主义和阶级制度对人性压制和扭曲的反思，更是对人性和生命回归的主张。
[Abstract]:D 路H 路Lawrence is a unique talent and a controversial novelist in the 20 th century. From the perspective of class consciousness, this paper uses the Marxist class analysis method to explore three main masterpieces of Lawrence's three stages in the early, middle and late stages of his creative career, the son and the Lover. Woman in Love and Lady Chatterley's Lover. Through the class analysis of the main characters in the works, this paper shows the three stages and trends of Lawrence's class consciousness. In the early autobiographical works "son and lover", "class" is the background of the novel, Lawrence shows the crisis of class identity caused by the disparity between his parents' class background and the protagonist Paul Morrell. In the Medium-term novel woman in Love, "Class" is not only a background element but a powerful force that determines the fate of the protagonists in the novel, by endorsing Birkin, who does not have any class identity. Lawrence criticizes class differentiation and seeks to solve the crisis of class identity, reflecting the transformation of his class consciousness. In the late masterpiece Lady Chatterley's Lover, "Class" has become one of the themes of the novel. Lawrence criticizes more deeply the ruling class represented by the miner. It also shows more clearly that he believes in the strength of the working class represented by the protagonist Meles and expresses the harmonious unity of Lawrence's ideal of eliminating class division through his free association with Connie, who originally belonged to the ruling class. It shows the awakening of its class consciousness. The transformation of Lawrence's class consciousness reveals that the description of his audacious sexual scenes on the surface is a reflection on the suppression and distortion of human nature by industrial civilization capitalism and class system and even more on the return of human nature and life.
