女性：从缺场到在

　　威廉·戈尔丁是二战后英国重要的小说家之一,他的作品以对人性恶的探讨而著称。这一主题也是历来评论家关注的焦点,却罕有评论家从女性主义角度切入分析戈尔丁的作品。本文主要运用女性主义文学批评理论并融合了部分解构主义,弗洛伊德心理分析等其他流派相关理论,在更为广阔的女性主义研究视角下对威廉·戈尔丁的两部小说《蝇王》和《金字塔》进行解读,分别探究女性在这两部小说中缺场和在场的状况。本文首先对威廉·戈尔丁的文学创作以及关于其作品已有的研究成果进行简要评述,然后对《蝇王》和《金字塔》进行重点分析。在《蝇王》中,由于女性的缺场,荒岛上的男性小社会和其代表的菲勒斯中心文化经历了从建立到面临危机直至最后崩溃解体的过程,从反面揭示了女性的在场是必不可少的。对《金字塔》的解读则借助小说中几名在场的主要女性人物形象的分析展开,说明了威廉·戈尔丁对女性形象的塑造有别于传统男性作家的模式,体现了他对女性自成一家的看法和态度。在两部小说中,女性的缺场和在场都体现出在男性中心文化中女性自身不可替代的价值和力量。威廉·戈尔丁作为一个男性作家,并非一个男权至上主义者。在他的文学作品中并无污蔑,排斥,压制女性的倾向,他对女性...
