幽默和幽默翻译：从文字幽默总论和关联理论的角度看《围城》

【摘要】： 本文运用艾塔杜的文字幽默总论(GTVH)和格特的翻译理论研究幽默和幽默翻译问题。GTVH属于语言学范畴的幽默理论，，它提出了由六大知识元素构成的幽默机制，并指出六大元素中脚本对立或不一致元素最重要。GTVH提供了一个分析幽默的工具，阐释了幽默如何引人发笑。格特的翻译理论以关联理论为基础，指出翻译本质上和其他语言交际活动一样，是一种语言的释义性使用，追求最佳关联性。最佳关联性使读者能以最小的加工努力获得最大的语境效果。由于人们常常使用“效果”这一概念评价幽默文本与幽默译文，而效果与读者的认知环境和加工努力紧密相关，因此格特的翻译理论对阐释幽默翻译就显得尤为恰当。本文认为译者应先比较原语读者与译文读者的认知环境，用恰当的方式重铸各种幽默线索以保证译文具有最佳关联性。本文的例子来源于中国当代著名小说《围城》及其英译本。小说的作者钱钟书在严肃的主体下应用多种语言技巧创建了大量文字幽默。本文应用文字幽默总论和格特的翻译理论对原文和译文进行分析，表明钱钟书是如何运用各种修辞手法制造出各种不一致，并指出翻译的优缺点。
[Abstract]:This paper studies humour and humorous translation problems by using Atado's GTVH and his translation theory.GTVH belongs to the theory of humor in the linguistic category. It puts forward a humorous mechanism composed of six elements of knowledge, and points out that the most important.GTVH of the six elements of the script is the opposite or the most important element of the element, which provides an analytical humor. On the basis of relevance theory, GE's theory of translation points out that translation is essentially the same as other language communication activities, which is the interpretative use of a language and the pursuit of the best relevance. This is closely related to the translation of humor, and the effect is closely related to the reader's cognitive environment and processing effort. Therefore, the translation theory of GERT's translation theory is particularly appropriate for the interpretation of humorous translation. This paper holds that the translator should first compare the cognitive environment between the original and the target readers, and recast various humorous clues in a proper way to ensure the best relevance of the translation. The example of this paper comes from the famous Chinese contemporary novel < Besieged City > and its English version. The author of the novel, Qian Zhongshu, has created a lot of verbal humor by using various language techniques under the serious subject. This paper analyzes the original and translation of the original and translation by using the general theory of verbal humor and the translation theory of GERT, showing how Qian Zhongshu uses various rhetorical hands. The legal system creates various inconsistencies and points out the advantages and disadvantages of translation.
