【摘要】: 中西文论关于文学鉴赏的主体性有许多精彩的论述。中国 文论中的赋诗断章、诗无达诂、以意逆志、知音、再创造等观点, 以及西方文学接受理论的具体化、视界融合、期待视界、两极、阅 读常规等观点,对作者——文本——读者的三者关系进行了全方位 的观照。确立了读者(鉴赏者)的主体地位,肯定了读者对文本意 义的参与权,揭示了“诗人挡不住读者”的解读规律。但也存在着 概念表述不准确、过分夸大读者作用等缺憾。 中西文论关于文学鉴赏主体性的论述,衍生出两种主体介入范 式,即“传统范式”和“现代范式”。传统范式的核心是“走近作者” 和“创造性背离”的对立统一。读者可能在再现作者意图和文本意 义的基础上进行有限的再创造。现代范式的核心是读者完全不受文 本的制约,可以自由地发明和创造意义。传统范式可适当地限止读 者的“创造性背离”,不使其走得太远,但又使读者的想象力和创造 力受到一定程度的束缚;现代范式为读者拓宽了自由创造的空间,, 但又容易导致读者的随心所欲和作品客观意义价值的丧失。一般来 说,传统范式比较适合于鉴赏现代派文学以外的文学作品,而现代 范式则适合于鉴赏现代和后现代文学作品。读者要恰当地把握和运 用两种主体介入范式,使之利弊互补。 本文所说的“传统”和“现代”是超越时空概念的两种介入方 式,并不是“传统”就一定位于前,“现代”就一定位于后;也不是 “现代”为西方所独有,“传统”在中国方多见。这种归纳和表述是 前人尚未有过的创新。
