研究型大学艺术专业的“从游式”教学模式

【摘要】：针对综合性研究型大学艺术专业如何在由科研、本科教育和研究生教育等构成的多层次教育与研究体系中切实保障和提高本科人才培养质量的问题,本文提出了一种以学术濡染为解决对策的人才培养模式:以探究和创新为基础、"中鱼"为中介的"从游式"教学,即让学生跟从学长、研究生和教师,在优良的学术环境中游学、逐步培育研究兴趣与创新精神。这种教学方式可以合理地利用研究型大学优质的教育教学资源,使师生在游学中传递和探究知识,以此推进教育教学改革。几年来,北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院尝试性的"从游式"教学探索取得了良好的教学效果,现整理如下。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of how to ensure and improve the quality of undergraduate talents training in the multi-level education and research system composed of scientific research, undergraduate education and graduate education, the art major of comprehensive research universities, This paper puts forward a kind of talent training mode, which is based on inquiry and innovation, with "fish in the middle" as the intermediary, that is to say, let students follow their senior, graduate students and teachers. In the excellent academic environment to study, gradually cultivate research interest and innovative spirit. This teaching method can make use of the high quality educational and teaching resources of the research university reasonably, so that the teachers and students can transfer and explore the knowledge in the course of travelling, thus promoting the reform of education and teaching. In the past few years, Beijing normal University School of Art and Media has achieved good teaching results by exploring the teaching method of "from tour", which is arranged as follows.
