论艺术院校职业指导开展与实践

【摘要】：从艺术院校职业指导开展与实践探讨出发,指出艺术院校职业指导开展与实践存在问题有:职业指导针对性不强、技术方法不足、课程效果不佳等,并分析存在问题的原因包括:职业指导理念认识缺陷、理论实践运用与探讨不足、队伍建设未达要求等三方面,进而提出从树立职业指导的新理念、增强职业指导针对性、加强职业指导技术方法的运用、提高职业指导课程授课质量、加强职业指导队伍建设、使职业指导形式多样化等方面,加强艺术院校职业指导开展与实践。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion on the development and practice of vocational guidance in art colleges and universities, the author points out that there are some problems in the development and practice of vocational guidance in art colleges: the pertinence of vocational guidance is not strong, the technical method is insufficient, the course effect is not good, and so on. This paper also analyzes the reasons for the existing problems, including the following three aspects: defects in the understanding of vocational guidance concept, insufficient application and discussion of theory and practice, and insufficient team construction, and then puts forward the following three aspects: setting up a new concept of vocational guidance and strengthening the pertinence of vocational guidance. Strengthening the application of vocational guidance techniques, improving the teaching quality of vocational guidance courses, strengthening the construction of vocational guidance teams and diversifying the forms of vocational guidance, and strengthening the development and practice of vocational guidance in art colleges and universities.
