戏剧翻译,莎士比亚与关汉卿

【摘要】:本文参用中国翻译理论和西方翻译理论,,分析比较了由朱生豪、杨宪益夫妇等所译十七部莎士比亚和关汉卿剧作。在此基础上本文论述了文化、语言、翻译和戏剧翻译的概念,提出了戏剧语言的翻译必须简明通俗,便于读者欣赏并理解原著文化这一观点。此外,作者还研究分析了关汉卿和莎士比亚所处时代的社会背景以及两位作者在文学上的地位,并且研究分析了朱生豪、杨宪益和戴乃迭的翻译特点,指出他们的译作在中国和世界有着重要的地位。文章根据中国多数学者所认可的翻译“信、达、雅”的原则,对莎剧、关剧,对朱译、杨译的社会文化翻译、文化对等以及翻译技巧问题进行了研究。文章分析研究了社会文化翻译,认为朱生豪、杨宪益和戴乃迭的译作保持了原著的本意和风格,使读者可以欣赏到并且理解原著的文化。文章运用文化对等理论分析了朱、杨、戴对关剧和莎剧人物语言的翻译,并且比较研究了翻译技巧。
[Abstract]:Based on Chinese translation theory and western translation theory, this paper analyzes and compares 17 plays of Shakespeare and Guan Hanqing translated by Zhu Shenghao, Yang Xianyi and his wife. On this basis, this paper discusses the concepts of culture, language, translation and drama translation, and points out that the translation of drama language must be concise and popular so as to facilitate readers to appreciate and understand the original culture. In addition, the author also studies and analyzes the social background of Guan Hanqing and Shakespeare and their position in literature, as well as the translation characteristics of Zhu Shenghao, Yang Xianyi and Dai Naidi. It is pointed out that their translation plays an important role in China and the world. According to the principle of "letter, reach, elegance", which is recognized by most scholars in China, this paper studies Shakespeare's drama, Guan opera, social and cultural translation of Zhu and Yang's translation, cultural equivalence and translation skills. This paper analyzes and studies the social and cultural translation and holds that the translations of Zhu Shenghao Yang Xianyi and Dai Naidi maintain the original meaning and style so that readers can appreciate and understand the culture of the original book. Based on the theory of cultural equivalence, this paper analyzes the translation of the characters of Guan opera and Shakespeare drama by Zhu, Yang and Dai, and makes a comparative study of translation techniques.
