从翻译适应选择论看《围城》中文化负载词和词组的翻译

　　在钱钟书的小说《围城》中,大量的文化负载词和词组为作品增色不少。随着跨文化交际和全球化的发展,通过翻译将中国传统文化传播到其他国家显得日益重要,有助于加强中国与其他国家的交流。文化负载词在跨文化交际中起着极其至关重要的作用,因此研究文化负载词的翻译有助于译者更好地翻译中国文学作品。过去的半个世纪,翻译理论飞速发展,翻译研究者也试图借助其他相关理论进行研究。胡庚申教授将达尔文的生物进化论中的“适应／选择”概念引入翻译领域,提出了“翻译适应选择论”,希望从一个新的角度来研究翻译,对翻译实践发挥指导作用。根据胡庚申的观点,翻译是翻译者在翻译生态环境中的适应选择活动。翻译环境指的是原文、源语言和目标语、语言、交际和文化因素以及翻译的其他要素,还包括作者和读者。在此理论框架下,翻译过程就是翻译者在达尔文进化论的基础上对翻译生态环境的选择和适应,从而产生作品的过程。该论文以胡庚申的理论作为工具,从翻译者适应和选择的角度来分析原文和译文中的文化负载词和词组,从而探析译者是如何适应原文的风格,如何适应西方读者的心理和文化的差异,如何将原文的意思传达给目标读者。
