扎赉特旗蒙古语授课中小学蒙古语文使用情况研究

【摘要】：个民族的兴衰与其语言文字有着密切联系。语言文字是一个民族文化的载体,也是这个民族的政治、经济、文化发展最重要的标志。从蒙古民族的社会、历史发展过程来看,蒙古语言文字对蒙古民族的发展壮大、文化传承与发扬起到了极其重要的作用。但是,在民族地区实施民族自治政策、民族语言应用方面自由畅通的今天,我们蒙古语言文字并没有达到应有的发展状态,反而出现了应用范围的缩小、语言功能的衰退、蒙古语言文字的社会地位下降等等问题。这些问题普遍存在于社会各领域内,从而使民族教育及蒙古族下一代应用语言文字的前景成为亟待重视解决的问题。本论文对扎赉特旗蒙古民族教育基本情况及蒙古语授课中小学近十年的变化情况和现今在校老师、学生、学生家长们的蒙古语言应用状况进行了调研,经过对调研所得资料进行比较对照、统计分析,了解到了他们在应用语言文字中存在的问题,并剖析了产生这些问题的原因,进而对解决这些问题的方法进行了初步的探索。
[Abstract]:The rise and fall of a nation and its language are closely linked. The language is a carrier of national culture, but also the nation's political, economic and cultural development of the most important symbols of Mongolia. From the nation's social and historical development process, Mongolia language of Mongolia nationality development, cultural heritage and develop play it plays an important role. However, the implementation of national autonomy policy in ethnic minority areas, ethnic language applications freely today, our Mongolia language did not achieve development due to the state, but there should be used to narrow the scope of recession language function, decline of Mongolia language social status and so on. These problems exists in all areas of society, so that the language application of Mongolian ethnic education and the next generation of problems need attention.
The basic situation of the ethnic education in Mongolia and the Mongolian Zhalaiteqi changes for nearly ten years and now in school teachers, primary and middle school students, Mongolia language application status of parents for the investigation, through the investigation on the data comparison, statistical analysis, to understand their presence in the application of language problems then, analyzes the reasons for these problems, and then makes a preliminary exploration of the methods to solve these problems.
