长期进修留学生与短期培训学员的汉语教学策略对比分析

【摘要】：在与长期进修留学生和短期培训学员的接触并且参与他们的教学活动期间，我发现虽然同样是汉语作为第二语言学习者，但二者有着显著的差别。教师的教学理念、教学方法、课堂气氛、课堂形式、备课细节、媒介语言以及学生的汉语学习过程、课堂表现乃至于课后辅导以及习题训练的许多方面都存在诸多差异。通过对这些现象的研究，探究其原因，我发现学生的年龄层次、职业、学习动机、学习任务都对个体第二语言学习发展的进程有着巨大的影响。汉语教师在应对不同的学习者时，，必须根据实际情况对自己教学活动的一些细节进行因地制宜的调整。本文将从不同的视角对汉语作为第二语言学习者进行一些分类，重点比较上述两类学生的教学策略的异同，并向汉语教师面对不同类型的学习者时遇到的一些问题提出合理化的教学建议。
[Abstract]:During the contact with long-term international students and short-term trainees and their teaching activities, I found that although Chinese is also a second language learner, there is a significant difference between the two. There are many differences in classroom atmosphere, classroom form, preparation details, media language and students' Chinese learning process, classroom performance and even many aspects of after-class guidance and exercise training. To find out why, I found that the age group, the occupation, the motivation of the students, Learning tasks have a great impact on the development of individual second language learning. Chinese language teachers should respond to different learners according to the actual situation of their own teaching activities. This paper will classify Chinese as a second language learner from different perspectives, and compare the similarities and differences of teaching strategies between the two types of students. Some reasonable teaching suggestions are put forward for Chinese teachers to face some problems encountered by different types of learners.
