来华汉语学习者课堂会话交际策略调查

【摘要】：在使用第二语言交际过程中，恰当使用交际策略可以提升语言表达的准确性，提高交际效率，因此对留学生交际策略的研究很有必要。本文主要探讨来华汉语学习者在汉语交际过程中遇到交际困难时如何使用交际策略。首先，对来华汉语学习者课堂会话进行录音和语料转写，得到有效录音60小时，转写语料1万字；并将语料分为师生会话、生生会话和独白三类，使用定性分析和定量分析的研究方法，初步分析了会话中出现的各种交际策略。其次，基于Dornyei的分类，去掉未出现策略，增加了直接跳过、邀请继续会话和合作弥补修正三种其他学者提到过的策略，得出汉语学习者使用的14种交际策略；并根据策略类型，定量描述了来华汉语学习者交际策略使用情况。再次，，使用会话分析的方法深入研究了使用中具体交际策略的语用功能，这方面对外汉语教学界很少有相关研究，本文研究进一步验证了国外学者AlirezaJamshidnejad对于交际策略功能的研究结果，即促进意义交流、提升语言表达准确性和保持会话持续进行。最后，研究了交际策略选择和使用的影响因素，发现策略的使用受学生的汉语水平、会话对象和任务类型三种因素影响。其中会话对象对交际策略使用的影响前人未见实证分析；汉语水平与任务类型对策略使用影响本文与其他学者研究所得结果也不尽相同。
[Abstract]:In the process of using second language communication, the proper use of communication strategies can improve the accuracy of language expression and improve the communication efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to study the communication strategies of foreign students. This paper mainly discusses how Chinese learners in China use communication strategies when they encounter difficulties in the process of Chinese communication. First of all, the Chinese learners in China are recorded and transcribed, and the effective recording time is 60 hours. The corpus is divided into three categories: teacher-student conversation, student-student conversation and monologue, and the data is divided into three categories: teacher-student conversation, student conversation and monologue. Using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes the communicative strategies in conversation. Secondly, based on the classification of Dornyei, the strategies without appearing are removed, the direct skipping, the invitation to continue the conversation and the cooperation to make up for the three kinds of strategies mentioned by other scholars are added, and the 14 communication strategies used by Chinese learners are obtained. According to the types of strategies, this paper quantitatively describes the communicative strategies used by Chinese learners in China. Thirdly, the pragmatic functions of the communicative strategies in use are deeply studied by conversational analysis, which is seldom studied in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL). The present study further verifies the findings of AlirezaJamshidnejad, a foreign scholar, on communicative strategy functions, that is, to promote the communication of meaning, to improve the accuracy of language expression and to maintain the continuity of conversation. Finally, the author studies the factors influencing the choice and use of communicative strategies, and finds that the use of strategies is influenced by the students' Chinese proficiency. Among them, there is no empirical analysis of the influence of conversational objects on the use of communicative strategies, and the effects of Chinese proficiency and task types on the use of strategies are different from those obtained by other scholars.
