国际购销合同的功能语篇分析

【摘要】：随着改革开放进程的推进，中国经济迅速发展，特别是在中国加入世界贸易组织以后，国际贸易日益频繁，对外经济已成为我国经济的重要组成部分。国际贸易合同作为保障各国间贸易顺利进行的基本途径受到了极大的关注。国际购销合同作为其最为重要的一种，被广泛用于处理各国当事人之间的货物交易。因此，对其进行专门研究有助于促进我国的对外贸易。目前，对于国际购销合同的研究主要侧重于词汇、句法、文体等方面，而系统全面的研究较为罕见。鉴于此，本文以系统功能语法为理论基础，从三大元功能出发研究国际购销合同，总结出其词汇语法特点，进而说明系统功能语法能够有效地指导国际购销合同的语篇分析。本文以十五篇国际购销合同为样本，从及物性系统、语态系统、语气系统、情态系统和主位系统角度进行分析，得出国际购销合同的词汇语法特点如下：首先，及物系统主要由物质过程、关系过程和言语过程构成，而以物质过程为主，用来规定合同订立方的权利和义务。其次，语态系统中被动语态出现频率较高，其中省略施动者情况较为常见，这体现了合同的客观性。再次，国际购销合同以陈述语气为主，表现出合同用语的正式性和确定性；情态系统中情态动词的广泛使用，彰显了国际购销合同的强制性及规定性。最后，主位系统以简单非标记性主位为主，使合同中的概念更加明确。本文研究的意义在于为国际购销合同的语篇分析提供一个新思路，，为理解、撰写国际购销合同提供新的方法，从而更有效地促进国际贸易的发展。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the reform and opening up process, China's economy is developing rapidly, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), international trade is becoming more and more frequent. Foreign economy has become an important part of China's economy. International trade contracts, as a basic way to ensure the smooth progress of trade among countries, have received great attention. It is widely used to deal with the goods transaction between the parties of various countries. Therefore, it is helpful to promote the foreign trade of our country. At present, the research on international purchase and sale contract is mainly focused on vocabulary, syntax, style and so on, but systematic and comprehensive research is rare. In view of this, this paper takes systemic functional grammar as the theoretical basis. This paper studies international purchasing and selling contracts from three metafunctions, sums up their lexical and grammatical features, and further explains that the systemic functional grammar can effectively guide the discourse analysis of international purchase and marketing contracts. This paper takes 15 international purchase and sale contracts as a sample. From the perspective of transitivity system, voice system, mood system, modality system and thematic system, it is concluded that the lexical and grammatical features of international purchase and sale contracts are as follows: firstly, transitive system mainly consists of material process. The relation process and the speech process are composed of the material process, which is used to define the rights and obligations of the contracting party. Secondly, the passive voice appears frequently in the voice system, among which the omission of the mover is more common. This reflects the objectivity of the contract. Thirdly, the international purchase and sale contract is mainly declarative, showing the formality and certainty of the contract terms, and the widespread use of modal verbs in the modal system. Finally, the theme system is based on the simple unmarked theme, which makes the concept of the contract more clear. The significance of this study is to provide a new way of thinking for discourse analysis of international purchase and sale contracts and a new method to understand and write international purchase and sale contracts so as to promote the development of international trade more effectively.
