论口译研究生入学考试逻辑能力的测试

【摘要】：目前全国开设MTI(翻译硕士)专业的高校日益增多,口译方向研究生培养问题也受到了越来越多的关注。社会需求的增多,口译工作自身的特色,以及翻译硕士研究生培养方案之间存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,其中尤为重要的就是如何选拔具有潜力的口译研究生从而适应口译工作这个公认的准入度很高的职业,从而满足社会对口译人才的需求。口译人才培养的现状差强人意,招生增多,然而培养的合格毕业生即能完成口译工作的人员与口译研究生寥寥无几,无法满足兼具专业知识、口译能力、职业素养的合格人才。反观研究生报考翻译方向的动机,可以发现有很大一部分同学填报原因并不是纯粹对口译的热爱,而是避重就轻,选择口译这个相对好考的专业。这也显示出口译研究生选拔过程中存在的问题。在研究生教学过程中,相关老师也多次反应学生不具备基本的语言素养,口译基本技能的训练已经很难开展,口译综合素养的提升更是无从下手。如何选拔具备合格语言水平,热爱口译事业,并且具有潜力的口译研究生,来接受专业老师的指导培训,全面地发展自身实力,从而优化资源配置,提高人才培养效率,更好地服务社会。因此人才的选拔以及人才的培养具有同等重要的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, there are more and more universities offering MTI (Master of Translation) major in China, and more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of postgraduate students in the direction of interpretation. And there are many problems that need to be solved urgently between the training programs of graduate students in translation, among which the most important is how to select the potential interpreting graduate students in order to adapt to the highly recognized occupation of interpreting. In order to meet the needs of the society for interpreting talents, the present situation of interpreting talent training is not satisfactory, and the enrollment is increasing. However, only a few qualified graduates can complete the interpretation work and the interpreting graduate students can not meet the needs of both professional knowledge and professional knowledge. If you look back at the motivation of graduate students to apply for translation, we can find that a large proportion of the students reported that the reason is not simply their love of interpretation, but the avoidance of the important and the light. Choosing interpretation is a relatively easy subject. This also shows that there are problems in the process of selecting graduate interpreters. In the process of postgraduate teaching, the teachers concerned have repeatedly reflected that the students do not possess basic language literacy. The training of basic interpreting skills has been very difficult to carry out, and the promotion of comprehensive interpretation literacy is even more difficult. How to select graduate interpreters with qualified language proficiency, love interpretation career, and have the potential to interpret, It is of equal significance to accept the guidance and training of professional teachers, to develop their own strength, to optimize the allocation of resources, to improve the efficiency of talent training and to serve the society better, so the selection of talents and the cultivation of talents are of equal significance.
