中外上市公司年报中主席报告书的体裁对比分析

【摘要】：随着越来越多公司通过上市来实现企业经营与市场的扩张，公司年报成为公司与公众交流不可或缺的法律文件。公司年报不仅向市场投资者提供本会计年度公司的经营业绩、运营状况，预测公司未来发展方向而且为公司树立积极正面的公众形象发挥作用。而主席报告书是公司年报的开头，，是公司年报主要内容的浓缩，既要体现主席个人风格，也是对公司年度工作的总结，更是投资者做出决策的基准，因此对于中国公司如何写好年报中的主席报告书对于公司的形象塑造和顺利融资意义重大，作用凸显。本文以体裁分析为理论框架对中外上市公司年报中的主席报告书的语步结构、体裁结构潜势以及其中的差异进行分析，从语言学角度分析商务文本，是一次全新的尝试。本文从世界500强上市公司网站上选取60篇年报中的主席报告书为研究对象（其中30篇来源于中国上市公司，30篇来源于国外公司），以Swales的“语步”分析模式和Hasan的“体裁结构潜势”为理论框架对所有文本体裁分析，旨在得出中、外上市公司年报主席报告书的语篇结构特点,分析、对比并解释两者在语篇结构层面的不同。通过对比研究发现，中外公司年报主席报告书在语篇结构上确实存在差异，而且这些差异是由写作思维，文化等因素的不同所造成的。本文在体裁分析框架下，通过对比研究论证了中、外上市公司年报主席报告书的语篇结构特点及其不同，实际意义方面旨在为今后中国上市公司撰写年报中的主席报告书的体裁结构特点有所揭示；学术理论方面，希望本研究为体裁分析用于特殊用途英语教学实践方面有所启示。
[Abstract]:As more and more companies go public to realize the expansion of business operation and market, the annual report of the company becomes an indispensable legal document for the communication between the company and the public. The annual report of the company not only provides market investors with the company's operating results for the current fiscal year. Operating conditions, predicting the future direction of the company's development and playing a role in establishing a positive and positive public image for the company. And the chairman's report is the beginning of the company's annual report and is a condensation of the main contents of the company's annual report. It is necessary to reflect the chairman's personal style. It is also a summary of the company's annual work and a benchmark for investors to make decisions. Therefore, it is of great significance for Chinese companies how to write the chairman's report in their annual reports for the company's image building and smooth financing. This paper takes genre analysis as the theoretical framework to analyze the speech step structure, the potential of genre structure and the differences of the chairman's report in the annual report of Chinese and foreign listed companies, and analyzes the business text from the linguistic point of view. It's a whole new try. This paper selects 60 annual reports from the websites of the world's top 500 listed companies as the research objects (30 of which are from Chinese listed companies and 30 from foreign companies, using Swales's "speech step" analysis model and Hasan. "the potential of genre structure" as a theoretical framework for all text genre analysis, The purpose of this paper is to find out the characteristics of the discourse structure of the chairman's report of the annual report of the Chinese and foreign listed companies, and to analyze, contrast and explain the differences between the two in terms of discourse structure. The report of the chairman of the annual report of the Chinese and foreign companies does have differences in discourse structure, and these differences are caused by the differences in writing thinking, culture and other factors. Under the framework of genre analysis, this paper demonstrates the features and differences of the discourse structure of the chairman's report on the annual reports of Chinese and foreign listed companies through comparative studies. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the characteristics of the genre structure of the chairman's report of the annual report of the listed companies in China in the future. In academic theory, it is hoped that this study can be used in the teaching practice of special purpose English for the purpose of genre analysis.
