从及物系统看中美贸易摩擦新闻报道的概念功能

【摘要】：韩礼德的所提出的及物系统，作为语篇分析的重要工具，已经被语言学家广泛应用于语言学研究。从一开始的理论探索，到后期的应用分析，及物系统打破了传统语法对于及物性的定义，从语义层面上探讨语言的概念功能。在早期的研究中，及物性系统多被文学体裁分析。随着理论体系的逐渐成熟，及物性分析研究方向开始向其他领域扩展。近年来，随着网络和通信技术的发达，新闻成为人们了解时事，接受信息的重要途径。因此，对于新闻语篇的及物性分析也开始进入语言学研究者的视野。当下，中美两国贸易摩擦频发，我国政府和各领域专家学者都在积极的探索应对措施。其中，以经济学家和政治学家为主的学者尝试在WTO贸易框架下，建立应对机制。然而，在语言学研究者看来，双方媒体对于这些事件的相关报道，也推动着整个事态的发展。对于双方新闻语篇的分析报道，不仅可以为语言学理论发展做出贡献，同时也有助于剖析新闻报道背后的意图，以期至我方于不败之地。上本文着眼于中美两国贸易摩擦相关新闻语篇，以及物系统为工具，采用定量和定性两种方法，结合描述和解释，，对样本语篇中的及物过程和其他相关要素进行探讨分析。文章首先引入了功能语言学的理论框架，帮助读者进一步了解及物系统。随后，通过识别和分析文本中的及物过程，探索影响及物性在该类语篇中分布的因素。作者希望通过阅读本文，读者能够增强对于新闻语篇的理解能力，挖掘和辨别语篇中隐含的用意。此外，作者也希望新闻从业人员可以从中受益，在今后的工作中，可以更加自如的面对各种时事体裁。
[Abstract]:Halliday's transitivity system, as an important tool of discourse analysis, has been widely used by linguists in linguistic research.From the first theoretical exploration to the later application analysis, transitive system breaks the definition of traditional grammar and transitivity, and discusses the conceptual functions of language from the semantic level.In the early studies, the system of transitivity was often analyzed by literary genres.With the maturation of theoretical system, the research direction of physical property analysis began to expand to other fields.In recent years, with the development of network and communication technology, news has become an important way for people to understand current affairs and receive information.Therefore, the analysis of news discourse and transitivity has also come into the perspective of linguistics researchers.With the frequent trade friction between China and the United States, our government and experts in various fields are actively exploring countermeasures.Among them, economists and political scientists mainly try to establish a response mechanism under the framework of WTO trade.However, from the perspective of linguistics researchers, the media reports on these incidents have also contributed to the development of the whole situation.The analysis and reporting of both news discourses can not only contribute to the development of linguistic theory, but also help to analyze the intention behind the news reports so that we can be invincible.This paper focuses on the trade friction-related news discourses between China and the United States, as well as the material system as a tool, using quantitative and qualitative methods, combined with description and interpretation, to explore the transitivity process and other relevant elements in the sample discourse.This paper first introduces the theoretical framework of functional linguistics to help readers understand transitivity system further.Then, by identifying and analyzing the transitivity process in the text, we explore the factors that influence and distribute the transitivity in this kind of text.The author hopes that by reading this article, readers will be able to enhance their understanding of news texts and to discover and identify the implied meanings in the texts.In addition, the author also hopes that journalists can benefit from this and be more comfortable with all kinds of current affairs in their future work.
