法语地名的词汇学与社会语言学研究

【摘要】：地名是人们赋予某一特定空间位置上自然或人文地理实体的专有名称。随着社会的不断发展和进步，地名在人们的日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。地名能够真实的反映地区的社会文化历史，其蕴藏着不可替代的文化价值。同时，地名属于词汇的组成部分，所有地名都依靠语言而存在，通过文字的记载而流传下来，由此，地名不仅仅是一种社会文化现象，也是一种语言符号。地名学是近代出现的交叉学科，与地理学，历史学以及语言学等有着天然的，不可分割的联系。一直以来，对法语的地名的研究主要集中在历史、地理、民族等领域，，很少有研究从社会语言学角度进行分析。本文从社会语言学的角度对法语地名进行研究，对地名进行语词分析，研究地名的语源和变化，有助于地名的正名。依据保留在地名中的古语成分，可以推断古语特征。除此之外，根据地名含义的研究可以为探索民族分布、迁徙、心理、习俗、信仰等提供资料。此文中的研究方法主要有针对地名语源分析，社会语言学特点分析的语言分析法，研究地名数量的统计法等。因此，地名研究不仅具有重要的语言文化价值，而且具有填补法语地名社会语言学研究的空白的意义。本文主要由三部分内容构成。第一部分依靠法语词源学的知识，将法语地名的形成时期分为了六个具有代表性的时期，分析各个时期地名的语源，并对这六个时期形成的地一些名特点进行总结。第二部分主要采用了语言分析法以及统计法，分析了现存法语地名的词汇及社会语言学特点，由此达到在日常生活和交流中更好的了解和使用法语地名。第三部分通过具体地名实例，着重分析了隐藏在各种不同类别的法语地名词汇中丰富多彩的自然文化以及人文文化，突出了法语地名词汇和社会文化密切的关系，以及通过法语地名词汇对法国的文化和历史进一步了解。结论表明法语地名虽看似枯燥乏味，但通过词汇社会语言学角度的分析，不难发现地名是意义鲜明的语言符号，并且有一定的命名规律，具有一定的社会语言学特点。这不仅能了解法语地名的语源，知晓历史文化，还能加深对法语地名的理解和记忆。
[Abstract]:A place name is an exclusive name given by people to a natural or humanistic geographical entity in a particular spatial position. With the development and progress of society, place names play a more and more important role in people's daily life. Geographical names can truly reflect the social and cultural history of the region, which contains irreplaceable cultural value. At the same time, place names are part of the vocabulary, all the place names depend on language and survive through written records. Therefore, place names are not only a social and cultural phenomenon, but also a language symbol. Toponymy is a cross-discipline in modern times, which has a natural and inseparable relationship with geography, history and linguistics. All along, the study of French place names is mainly focused on history, geography, nationality and other fields, few studies from the perspective of sociolinguistic analysis. From the perspective of sociolinguistics, this paper makes a study of French place names, analyzes the words of place names, studies the etymology and changes of place names, and helps to correct the names of place names. The characteristics of ancient Chinese can be inferred according to the ancient language elements retained in place names. In addition, the research based on the meaning of geographical names can provide information for the exploration of ethnic distribution, migration, psychology, customs, beliefs and so on. The research methods in this paper mainly focus on the etymological analysis of geographical names, the linguistic analysis of sociolinguistic characteristics, and the statistical methods of studying the number of geographical names. Therefore, the study of geographical names has not only important linguistic and cultural value, but also the significance of filling the gaps in the sociolinguistic study of French geographical names. This paper is mainly composed of three parts. The first part, based on the knowledge of French etymology, divides the formation period of French place names into six representative periods, analyzes the etymology of place names in each period, and summarizes the characteristics of geographical names formed in these six periods. The second part mainly uses language analysis and statistics to analyze the lexical and sociolinguistic characteristics of the existing French place names, thus achieving a better understanding and use of French place names in daily life and communication. The third part focuses on the analysis of the rich and colorful natural culture and humanistic culture hidden in different categories of French place names, and highlights the close relationship between French place names vocabulary and social culture. And to learn more about French culture and history through the French word for place names. The conclusion shows that French place names may seem boring, but through the analysis of lexical sociolinguistics, it is not difficult to find that place names are distinctive language symbols, and have certain naming rules, and have certain sociolinguistic characteristics. This can not only understand the etymology of French place names, know the history and culture, but also deepen the understanding and memory of French place names.
