“碎片”与“延异”：本雅明翻译思想再检视

【摘要】：翻译思想是翻译理论的重要组成部分。二十世纪德国哲学家、文学批评家和翻译理论家瓦尔特·本雅明的翻译思想，因视角独特及其对翻译理论发展产生的影响，在近世越来越受到关注。目前，尽管围绕本雅明翻译思想的研究数见不鲜，但对其翻译思想和策略的研究仍不够深入全面，尤其缺乏从历史语境及本雅明本人颇具选择性的翻译实践经历进行的探究。本研究采用归纳法和比较法等研究方法，归纳国内外本雅明翻译思想的研究现状，进而梳理本雅明翻译思想从重构纯语言的目标，寻求互补的意指方式，再到推崇直译手段的清晰思路，阐明本雅明翻译思想形成的多元历史语境及其有选择性的译事，探讨本雅明翻译思想与解构主义理论的关联与分歧，总结其翻译思想对翻译研究的重大理论贡献和实践价值，同时指出其不足。本文计四章。第一章介绍本研究的背景、目的、意义和研究方法以及本文的结构。第二章综述国内外本雅明翻译思想的研究现状，指出成绩和薄弱环节，梳理本雅明翻译思想的要点。第三章阐明本雅明翻译思想形成的多元历史语境，重点是本雅明选择性的翻译活动对其翻译思想的推动作用，探究本雅明翻译思想的理论价值和现实意义，且指出不足。第四章为本文的结论,总结本文研究发现、研究不足和进一步研究空间。本文是基于国内外翻译学者对本雅明翻译思想研究成果的进一步深入，指出本雅明翻译思想研究需要结合历史语境和他本人颇具选择性的翻译实践，其翻译思想与解构主义思想存有关联与分歧，力图理清其翻译思想对翻译理论发展的卓越贡献和实践意义，旨在呼吁更多翻译学者关注本雅明翻译思想研究来推动我国翻译研究和翻译实践的发展。
[Abstract]:Translation thought is an important part of translation theory. The translation thought of Walter Benjamin, a German philosopher, literary critic and translation theorist in the 20th century, has attracted more and more attention in modern times because of its unique perspective and its influence on the development of translation theory. At present, although the number of studies on Benjamin's translation thoughts is not new, the study of his translation thoughts and strategies is still not thorough and comprehensive, especially from the historical context and Benjamin's own selective translation practice. In this study, induction and comparative methods are used to summarize the present situation of Benjamin's translation ideas both at home and abroad, and then to sort out Benjamin's translation ideas from the goal of reconstructing pure language and to seek complementary signifying ways. And then the clear thinking of advocating literal translation means, expounding the pluralistic historical context of Benjamin's translation thought and its selective translation, and discussing the connection and divergence between Benjamin's translation thought and deconstruction theory. It summarizes the great theoretical contribution and practical value of his translation thought to translation studies and points out its shortcomings. This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, research methods and structure of this study. Chapter two summarizes the present situation of Benjamin's translation thoughts at home and abroad, points out the achievements and weaknesses, and combs the main points of Benjamin's translation thoughts. Chapter three clarifies the multi-historical context in which Benjamin's translation thoughts are formed, focusing on the promotion of Benjamin's selective translation activities to his translation thoughts, exploring the theoretical value and practical significance of Benjamin's translation thoughts, and pointing out the deficiencies. The fourth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, summarizes the findings of this study, the lack of research and further research space. This paper is based on the further study of Benjamin's translation thought by domestic and foreign translators, and points out that the study of Benjamin's translation thought needs to be combined with historical context and his own selective translation practice. His translation thought and deconstructionism are related and different, trying to clarify the outstanding contribution and practical significance of his translation thought to the development of translation theory. The purpose of this paper is to appeal to more translators to pay more attention to the study of Benjamin's translation thought in order to promote the development of translation studies and translation practice in China.
