翻译项目管理在实践口译中的应用

【摘要】：随着大型工程项目和科学研究的发展,翻译逐渐开始向着专业化的方向前进,与其他学科的交叉互动也在逐渐增加。翻译行业的不断发展使翻译原文在篇幅、专业性等方面不断增加,产生了对翻译项目管理的需求。同时翻译项目管理的出现和发展又极大地促进了翻译行业的进步,项目管理的知识在这个过程中能够发挥更多的作用。目前的翻译市场上,非文学翻译,特别是口译翻译需求量很大。而项目管理可以比较好的适应口译项目的专业性和复杂性等特点。本文主要讨论实践翻译中与项目管理有关的应用,全文包括四章。首先介绍了研究的背景,目的和研究方法等内容。第二章主要介绍了项目管理的相关知识以及与口译翻译的关联。第三章主要内容为项目管理在实践口译中的应用,最后一部分为论文总结。
[Abstract]:With the development of large-scale engineering projects and scientific research, translation has gradually begun to advance in the direction of specialization, and the cross interaction with other disciplines is increasing gradually. The continuous development of the translation industry has made the translation of the original text increasing in length and professionalism, resulting in the demand for translation project management and translation project management. Emergence and development have greatly promoted the progress of translation industry, and the knowledge of project management can play a more important role in this process.
In the current translation market, the demand for non literary translation, especially in interpretation translation is very large, and the project management can be better adapted to the specialty and complexity of the interpretation project.
This paper mainly discusses the application of project management in practical translation. The full text includes four chapters. First, it introduces the background, purpose and research methods of the study. The second chapter mainly introduces the related knowledge of project management and the correlation with interpretation translation. The third chapter is the application of project management in the practice of interpretation, and finally, the final part is the application of the project management in the practice of interpretation. One part is the summary of the paper.
