篇章中括号元话语的形式表现及功能分析

【摘要】：括号是书面语中作者常用的标点,属于标点元话语的范畴。本文选择了三部学术著作和两部长篇小说作为语料,从篇章的角度来考察括号元话语的形式表现和篇章功能。研究发现,括号元话语形式表现有以下特点:括号元话语的使用与文体有密切关系,学术篇章中出现的频率远远高于叙述文篇章;句内括号的出现频率明显高于句外括号。在功能方面,括号元话语主要有五种篇章功能:详释、释疑、补说、补足和介入功能。研究结果还表明,句外括号突出的篇章功能是补说,句内括号的篇章功能则相对多样。此外,本文还对括号语是否可以读出等相关问题进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Parentheses are commonly used punctuation points in written language and belong to the category of punctuation meta-discourse. This paper selects three academic works and two novels as corpus to examine the formal expression and textual function of parenthesis meta-discourse from the perspective of text. It is found that the use of parentheses is closely related to style, and the frequency of occurrence in academic texts is much higher than that in narrative texts, and the frequency of parentheses in sentences is obviously higher than that in parentheses. In terms of function, parenthesis meta-discourse has five main textual functions: explanation, doubt, completion, complement and intervention. The results also show that the prominent textual function of parentheses is complement, while the textual functions of parentheses in sentences are relatively diverse. In addition, this paper also discusses whether parentheses can be read out or not.
