古代契约文书中“意愿”类词语历时演变研究

【摘要】：在我国,契约文书的使用有着悠久的历史。从先秦两汉到明清时期,契约文书是展示当时社会经济、社会关系最好的凭证。文书中涉及到的经济、法制、风俗等状况,为我们了解不同时期的经济制度、法律制度等提供了丰富的历史资料。此外,契约文书在发展的过程中也形成了其独特的文体风格,具有独特的语言价值。对其语言进行系统地整理和研究,对其它学科的研究有着基础性的作用,能促进相关学科的研究发展。契约文书是一种应用性文体,有着统一的书写格式。在交易过程中,双方的约定会涉及到一个意愿的问题,即在立契时会表明此契约是双方情愿的条件下达成的,这时就会涉及到一些表示“意愿”类的词语。本文以古代契约文书中出现的该类词语为研究对象,在考释此类词语的基础上,从历时和共时两个角度描写古代契约文书中“意愿”类词汇的发展演变状况,并把每一个词与传统文献中的使用情况作了对比,重点采用比较分析的方法,总结归纳了这类词语发展演变的规律。本文按照从古至今的时代顺序排列各个词语,然后比较前后不同时期之间“意愿”类词语核心语素的发展变化、语素构词的方式等。本文研究的目的与价值在于：一、探索特定文体中固定用词的使用特点、发展演变状态及其规律；二、对大型辞书以及契约文书词典的充实和编纂提供参考；三、为建构完善的汉语词汇发展史提供丰富的资料。
[Abstract]:In our country, the use of contract documents has a long history. From the pre-Qin and Han dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties, the contract documents were the best evidence to show the social economy and social relations at that time. The economic, legal and custom conditions involved in the documents provide us with rich historical data for understanding the economic and legal systems of different periods. In addition, contractual documents have formed their unique stylistic style in the process of development and have unique linguistic value. Systematic research on its language plays a fundamental role in the research of other disciplines and can promote the development of related disciplines. Contract document is an applied style and has a uniform writing format. In the course of the transaction, the agreement between the two parties will involve a question of will, that is, when the deed is made, it will be shown that the contract was made on the condition that the two parties are willing to do so, and then some words of "will" are involved. Based on the research of this kind of words in the ancient contract documents, this paper describes the development and evolution of the "will" words in the ancient contract documents from the perspective of diachronic and synchronic. By comparing each word with the use of traditional literature, the author summarizes the law of the development and evolution of this kind of words by means of comparative analysis. This paper arranges the words according to the order of the times from ancient to present, then compares the development and change of the core morphemes of "will" words before and after different periods, the ways of morpheme formation and so on. The purpose and value of this study are as follows: first, to explore the characteristics of the use of fixed words in a particular style, the development and evolution of the state and its laws; second, to provide a reference for the enrichment and compilation of dictionaries of large dictionaries and contract documents; third, To provide rich information for the construction of a sound history of Chinese vocabulary development.
