语用修辞视角下的引语研究

【摘要】：在日常交流中，为了取得某种特殊的效果和目的，言说者引用或者转述他人的话语，人们将此种言语现象称作引语。从语言学角度来看，引语既是一种基本的修辞行为又是个复杂的语用现象。根据研究者不同的研究目的和语用习惯，引语有时又被称作“quotation”或“reported speech”,本文将秉承辛斌对其的称谓——“speech reporting”。与言说者和作者本身的叙述话语不同，引语来自于小说，戏剧或生活中其他人物的话语。总之，它是一个奇特的，不可避免的语言现象。在传统的研究中，引语被简单的看作是一个修辞行为，学者们多数探讨它的转换形式和文体特点。早在20世纪70年代，学者们试图挖掘新的研究视角，开始关注引语语用方面的研究，Volosinov (1973)，Tannen (1986)，徐赳赳(1996)和唐青叶(2004)等是其中的代表学者。然而，近年来，一个新的研究视角——语用修辞视角受到学者们的关注，通过将语用学与修辞学相结合，此理论开启了语言学研究的新篇章。但是此理论在引语研究领域尚未引起足够的重视。为此，本文将秉承前人的研究，将语用修辞理论与引语研究结合起来，继续探索这一新的研究转向的奥秘。本文的目的主要是将语用理论中的言语行为理论，合作原则及顺应语境理论与修辞学相结合，并将其应用于引语研究上。本文的主要方法是以语料为基础的案例分析法，语料的选择范围很广，从网络，，新闻到小说，日常话语，这样可以增强本文研究结果的信度和效度。本文通过案例分析验证了语用修辞理论在引语研究上的可行性，并展示了引语语用意义的实现过程，就此还总结了各类引语的修辞动机。从这个角度看，每个修辞行为背后都暗藏一定的动机，引语也不例外，人们使用引语其实是一个执行行事行为的过程，通过该过程，引用者取得预期的效果，或满足最初的动机，也就是行事行为中的取效行为。然而无论是修辞动机还是预期效果大多都是通过违反合作原则中的某项准则来实现的。此外，语境在语用意义的实现和引语类型的选择过程中是一个不可忽视的因素。
[Abstract]:In daily communication, in order to obtain some special effect and purpose, the speaker quotes or reproduces the words of others. From the linguistic point of view, quotation is not only a basic rhetorical behavior but also a complex pragmatic phenomenon. According to the researchers' different research purposes and pragmatic habits, the quotation is sometimes referred to as "quotation" or "reported speech". Unlike the narratives of the speaker and the author, the quotation comes from the words of the novel, drama, or other characters in life. In short, it is a strange, inevitable linguistic phenomenon. In traditional studies, quotation is simply regarded as a rhetorical act. Most scholars discuss its transformation form and stylistic features. As early as the 1970s, scholars tried to excavate a new research perspective and began to pay attention to the study of quotation pragmatics. Volosinov / 1973 / Tannen / 1986, Takeo Hsu (1996) and Tang Qing Ye (2004) were the representative scholars. However, in recent years, a new perspective of pragmatic rhetoric has attracted the attention of scholars. By combining pragmatics with rhetoric, this theory has opened a new chapter in the study of linguistics. However, this theory has not attracted enough attention in the field of quotation research. Therefore, this thesis will continue to explore this new research turning mystery by combining the pragmatic rhetoric theory with the study of quotation. The purpose of this thesis is to combine the theory of speech act, the principle of cooperation and the theory of adaptation context with rhetoric in pragmatic theory, and apply it to the study of quotation. The main method of this paper is case analysis based on corpus. The choice of corpus is very wide, from network, news to novel, daily discourse, which can enhance the reliability and validity of the results of this paper. This paper verifies the feasibility of pragmatic rhetoric theory in the study of quotation, demonstrates the realization process of pragmatic meaning, and summarizes the rhetorical motivation of various kinds of quotations. From this point of view, there is a certain motive behind every rhetorical act, and the quotation is no exception. People's use of the quotation is actually a process of carrying out the act. Through this process, the citation obtains the desired effect. Or satisfy the initial motivation, that is, in the act of taking effect. However, both rhetorical motivation and expected effect are mostly achieved by violating one of the principles of cooperation. In addition, context is an important factor in the realization of pragmatic meaning and the choice of quotation types.
