从孔子学院教师需求的视角探索汉语国际教育人才的培养

【摘要】:随着中国经济的迅速发展和国际地位的稳步提升,世界将其目光更多地投入到这个东方的古老国度。“让世界了解中国,让中国走向世界”也逐步成为国人的共识,作为汉语国际推广和中国文化国际传播伟大事业的一个有机组成,孔子学院于是应运而生。自2004年在韩国首都首尔成立第一所以来,孔子学院的数目在全球一直稳步而迅速地增长:截止到2011年底,已在105个国家开设358所孔子学院和430个孔子课堂。而根据国家汉办的发展规划,到2015年将在全球设立500所孔子学院和1000个中小学孔子课堂。于此同时,越来越多的高校也增设了汉语国际教育本科专业,开设了汉语国际教育硕士点,以便为汉语国际推广储备人才,满足日益增长的国际汉语教师的需要。一方面是孔子学院的快速发展,一方面却是合格、优秀的国际汉语教师的严重缺乏,汉语国际推广和中国文化的国际传播事业以及孔子学院的健康、有效地可持续发展因此出现制肘的“瓶颈”。如何培养出合格的汉语国际教育人才,又如何物尽其用地使用好这样的人才,于是成为本研究的对象。 首先,本文对孔子学院近年来的发展实践——如在世界不同地区的分布及其特点——进行梳理和分析,并以瑞典为个案对孔子学院的师资现状进行细致的调查与分析。其次,对国内高校汉语国际教育专业的人才培养现状进行分析,从分析之中发现我们在汉语国际教育人才培养方面存在的问题。在此基础上,从孔子学院的教师“需求”视角来对国际汉语教师的“供给”提出了一些思考和建议,以便在国际汉语教师的“供给”与“需求”之间找到一个平衡点,而达到人才培养与使用的“双赢”效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the steady improvement of its international status, the world is devoting more of its attention to this ancient country of the East. "Let the world understand China, let China go to the world" has gradually become a common understanding among Chinese people. As an organic component of the great cause of the international promotion of Chinese and the international dissemination of Chinese culture, the Confucius Institute came into being. The number of Confucius Institutes has grown steadily and rapidly around the world since it opened its first in Seoul in 2004: by the end of 2011, 358 Confucius Institutes and 430 Confucius classrooms had been opened in 105 countries. According to the National Han Office's development plan, 500 Confucius Institutes and 1,000 primary and secondary Confucius classrooms will be set up around the world by 2015. At the same time, more and more colleges and universities have also added the undergraduate specialty of Chinese international education and set up the master degree of Chinese international education, in order to reserve talents for the international promotion of Chinese language and to meet the increasing needs of international Chinese teachers. On the one hand, the rapid development of Confucius Institutes, on the other hand, the serious shortage of qualified, outstanding international Chinese teachers, the international promotion of Chinese language and the international dissemination of Chinese culture, as well as the health of Confucius Institutes. Effective sustainable development thus appears the "bottleneck" of restraint. How to train qualified Chinese international education talents and how to make the best use of such talents has become the object of this study. First of all, this paper combs and analyzes the development practice of Confucius Institutes in recent years, such as the distribution and characteristics of Confucius Institutes in different regions of the world, and takes Sweden as a case study to conduct a detailed investigation and analysis on the present situation of teachers in Confucius Institutes. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese international education in Chinese universities, and finds out the problems in Chinese international education. On this basis, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the supply of international Chinese teachers from the point of view of teachers'"demand" of Confucius Institute, in order to find a balance between "supply" and "demand" of international Chinese teachers. And to achieve the talent training and use of the "win-win" effect.
