信息技术条件下应急预案写作研究

【摘要】：古人云：“凡事预则立,不预则废。”应急预案是针对突发事件而事先制定的方案。在应对突发事件时启动应急预案,能够将损失降到最低、减少人员伤亡等。本文借助信息技术条件进行应急预案写作的研究,能够对危险源进行更加深入地分析,提高应急预案启动后解决突发事件的能力。信息技术给应急预案的写作四体也带来了不同的变化。应急预案写作中最关键的部分是通过对危险源分析后进行应对方法的写作,主旨、材料、结构和修改这四方面是进行应对方法写作的基础,探讨这四方面的写作技法是写好应急预案的根本所在。最后,本文初步探讨了信息技术条件下应急预案写作的数字化发展。
[Abstract]:As the ancients said, "everything stands in advance, but not in advance is abolished." An emergency plan is a plan that is made beforehand for an emergency. The emergency plan can minimize the loss and reduce the casualties and so on. With the help of information technology, this paper studies the writing of emergency plan, which can analyze the risk source more deeply and improve the ability to solve the emergency after the emergency plan is started. Information technology has also brought different changes to the writing of emergency plans. The most critical part of the emergency plan writing is the basis of the coping method writing through the analysis of the hazard source, the main idea, the material, the structure and the modification. Discussing the writing techniques of these four aspects is the fundamental of writing emergency plan. Finally, this paper discusses the digital development of emergency plan writing under the condition of information technology.
