赴泰汉语志愿者在跨文化适应中的情绪调节研究

【摘要】:跨文化传播是传播学研究的重要组成部分,其研究内容是不同文化背景的个体、群体或组织之间进行的交流活动。而跨文化适应是跨文化传播的基础,它关注的是人们进入新环境后如何改变自身原有的认知、行为和调节自身的情绪,以更好地适应新的文化环境和社会,并且有效地实现传播行为。因此,跨文化适应是跨文化传播研究中的重要组成部分。 随着汉语教师志愿者项目的推广,国家汉办外派的汉语教师和志愿者逐年上升,人们对赴泰汉语志愿者跨文化适应研究也随之深入。 本文在前人已有研究的基础上,以赴泰汉语志愿者的性别、年龄、泰语水平、在泰国的工作时间、志愿者所参加的跨文化培训为解释变量,以跨文化适应中的情绪调节作为被解释变量,对赴泰汉语志愿者在跨文化适应中的情绪调节展开实证研究。 通过这些因素的分析,阐述汉语志愿者是如何通过情绪的调节去理解和接受异域文化,,如何适应泰国当地的教学和生活。最后针对情绪调节方面提出如何改善赴泰汉语志愿者的跨文化适应能力。 经研究发现,本文认为汉语志愿者管理机构可通过把握志愿者情绪调节的关键期,以激发汉语志愿者的适应潜力。同时借助培训机制的完善,以便更好地协助志愿者适应泰国当地的工作和生活环境。
[Abstract]:Cross-cultural communication is an important part of communication research, and its research content is communication between individuals, groups or organizations with different cultural backgrounds. Cross-cultural adaptation is the basis of cross-cultural communication. It focuses on how people can change their original cognition, behavior and emotion after entering the new environment in order to better adapt to the new cultural environment and society. And effective communication behavior. Therefore, cross-cultural adaptation is an important part of cross-cultural communication. With the promotion of the Chinese teacher volunteers program, the number of Chinese teachers and volunteers sent out by the National Chinese Office has increased year by year, and the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese volunteers to Thailand has also been deeply studied. On the basis of previous studies, this paper takes gender, age, Thai level, working time in Thailand and cross-cultural training of volunteers as explanatory variables. Taking the emotional regulation in cross-cultural adaptation as the explanatory variable, the empirical study was carried out on the emotional regulation in cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese volunteers to Thailand. Through the analysis of these factors, this paper expounds how Chinese volunteers understand and accept foreign culture through emotional adjustment, and how to adapt to local teaching and life in Thailand. At last, it puts forward how to improve the cross-cultural adaptability of Chinese volunteers to Thailand. It is found that the management of Chinese volunteers can stimulate the adaptation potential of Chinese volunteers by grasping the key period of emotion regulation. At the same time, with the help of training mechanism, we can better help volunteers adapt to the working and living environment in Thailand.
