泰国东北部汉语教学师资现状调查研究

【摘要】:从泰国华文教学师资的历史变化、中国汉语国际推广系列计划在泰国的影响以及相关研究文献的梳理中,,我们发现泰国东北部地区汉语教学的师资问题,已成为当今泰国政府在东北部地区基础教育阶段大力推广汉语教学的最大制约因素。为了解决这一问题,泰国政府通过我国的“国际汉语教师志愿者”项目,选派大量的中国教师赴泰国任教。随着该计划的实施,他们成为当前阶段泰国东北部地区汉语师资力量中的重要组成部分。 通过对在泰国东北部地区学校任教的汉语教师进行问卷调查、邮件及电话访问,了解汉语师资的详细情况,针对调查中发现的问题一一提出解决的办法。从中国政府到泰国教育部和学校,再到教师自身,从宏观到微观,从国家到个人,以提高汉语师资质量为重点,提出了诸多有针对性的建议和方法。 本文内容主要由三个部分组成。第一部分,当前“汉语热”的全球背景,分析泰国汉语教学的发展历程及现状。第二部分,通过调查问卷的形式,从教师个人信息、任教学校情况、教材使用情况、教师的教学情况、教师培训等四个方面来了解泰国东北部地区汉语师资的现状,并进行相关的分析研究。第三部分,通过中泰双方及教师志愿者三方的共同努力,对泰国东北部地区的汉语教学师资存在的问题提出针对性的建议,进一步推动汉语教学的发展。
[Abstract]:From the historical changes of Chinese teaching teachers in Thailand, the impact of the Chinese International Promotion Program in Thailand and the related research literature, we find that the problem of Chinese teaching teachers in northeastern Thailand has become the biggest constraint for the Thai government to promote Chinese teaching in the basic education stage in northeastern Thailand. In order to solve this problem, the Thai government has sent a large number of Chinese teachers to Thailand through the "International Chinese Teachers Volunteer" program. With the implementation of the program, they have become an important part of the current Chinese teachers in northeastern Thailand.
Through questionnaires, e-mails and telephone interviews with Chinese teachers teaching in schools in northeastern Thailand, the detailed information of Chinese teachers is obtained, and solutions to the problems found in the survey are proposed one by one. Focusing on the quality of teachers in high schools, many pertinent suggestions and methods are put forward.
This paper consists of three parts. The first part, the global background of the current "Chinese craze", analyzes the development process and current situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand. The second part, through the form of questionnaires, from the personal information of teachers, teaching schools, the use of textbooks, teachers'teaching, teacher training and other four aspects to understand. In the third part, through the joint efforts of the Chinese and Thai sides and teachers'volunteers, the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese in northeastern Thailand, and further promotes the development of Chinese language teaching.
