《说文》饮食器具类词研究

【摘要】：本文的考察对象为《说文》饮食器具类词。笔者试图从字形和字义两个角度其进行分析和探讨。本文共分为五部分。 绪论部分主要介绍《说文》饮食器具类词的研究现状及本文的写作缘起、研究价值和研究内容及方法等。 第一章对《说文》饮食器具类词的各部收集情况作了描写,继而根据饮食器具类词所代表的饮食器具的功能进行分类,分为食器、酒器和多功能器具三类。在此三类基础上,进一步细分为多种类别。 第二章,根据《说文》中的字形分析并结合具体字形将饮食器具类词分为象形和形声两大类。在分析字形的基础上,本文综合讨论了每类字的表意特点,进而得出《说文》中饮食器具类词的字形特点。由于字形有了很大的演变,本文进行了饮食器具类词小篆字形与甲骨文、金文字形的对比,探讨了《说文》饮食器具类词的字形演变和字形差异。 第三章对《说文》饮食器具类词的词义演变作了分析。首先考察词的本义,对于各家差异比较大的几个词的本义作了分析。然后从本义存亡的角度,综合现代字书,分析词义演变的具体情况。词义演变有多种类别,本文选取有代表性的饮食器具词进行阐述。最后选取《说文》中特殊类饮食器具词——礼器词语(鼎、尊、爵)和日常食器词语(盘、斗)进行具体的词义分析,梳理出词义的历时演变脉络,探寻新词出现的原因。 第四章结语对前三章主体部分作简要总结。
[Abstract]:The object of this paper is the words of eating utensils. The author tries to analyze and discuss it from the angle of form and meaning. This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction part mainly introduces the present situation of the study on the words of food utensils, the origin, the research value, the research content and the method of this article. The first chapter describes the collection of food utensils, and then classifies them according to the functions of eating utensils, which are classified into three categories: food utensils, wine utensils and multifunctional utensils. On this basis, further subdivided into a variety of categories. In the second chapter, according to the analysis of the glyph in Shuowen and combining with the concrete form, the words of eating utensils are divided into two categories: pictograph and phonograph. Based on the analysis of glyph, this paper comprehensively discusses the ideographic characteristics of each kind of words, and then obtains the characters of eating utensils in Shuowen. Because of the great evolution of the font, this paper makes a comparison between the small seal character of the food utensils and the oracle bone inscriptions and the gold characters, and probes into the shape evolution and the difference of the eating utensils. The third chapter analyzes the meaning evolution of eating utensils. First of all, the original meaning of words is investigated, and the meanings of several words with great differences are analyzed. Then from the point of view of meaning survival and death, synthesizing modern word books, analyze the specific situation of word meaning evolution. There are many kinds of word meaning evolvement, this article chooses the representative food utensils word to elaborate. At last, the article chooses the special food utensils word in Shuowen-the ritual device word (Ding, Zun, Jue) and the daily food utensil word (dish, fight) to carry on the concrete word meaning analysis, combs out the diachronic evolvement of the word meaning, explores the reason of the new word appearance. The fourth chapter makes a brief summary of the main part of the first three chapters.
