汉、维语味觉词汇探究

【摘要】：味觉词汇就是表达味觉感受的词汇。各种语言中的味觉词汇都是人们生活中常用的，属于基本词汇。人类有着相同的味觉器官，对各种味觉的体验应该是相同的，但各种语言中对味觉感受的表达却不尽相同。汉语和维语中的味觉词汇的分类、文化意义及人们对味觉词汇的隐喻认知也不一样。本文以汉、维语中的基本味觉词汇作为研究对象，希望通过对汉、维语中基本味觉词汇的探究，理清汉、维语味觉词的词义，再从词义分析人们对味觉词汇的隐喻认知，并挖掘出与味觉词汇相关联的文化意义。了解清楚两种语言中的基本味觉词汇，就能使我们对语义的理解清楚深刻，，表达恰如其分，可实现准确无误的翻译。
[Abstract]:Taste words are words that express taste feelings. Taste words in various languages are commonly used in people's life, belonging to the basic vocabulary. Human beings have the same taste organs, the experience of taste should be the same, but the expression of taste feeling in different languages is not the same. The classification, cultural meaning and metaphorical cognition of taste words in Chinese and Uygur languages are also different. This paper takes the basic taste words in Chinese and Uighur languages as the research object, and hopes to analyze the metaphorical cognition of taste words in Chinese and Uighur by exploring the basic taste words in Chinese and Uighur languages, clarifying the meaning of the words in Chinese and Uyghur languages, and analyzing the metaphorical cognition of taste words from the meaning of the words. And explore the cultural significance associated with taste words. A clear understanding of the basic taste words in both languages can enable us to understand the semantics in a clear and profound way, to express them appropriately, and to achieve accurate translation.
