语域理论视角下的购物网站语言

【摘要】:购物网站作为电脑媒介交流的方式之一,在世界范围内越来越受追捧。本文的研究目的是对从taobao.com选取的30个产品的信息页面和规则页面进行语域分析,从语场、语旨和语式三个方面来探究中文购物网站独特的语境特征以及这些语境特征对应下的语言特征。 根据Halliday的界定,语域是指“语言的功能变体”。所谓功能变体,就是因情景语境的变化而产生的语言变化形式。情景语境主要由三个要素构成:语场,语旨和语式。语场主要是指交流的主题;语旨主要是指参加者之间的关系;语式一是指交流媒介,口头的或书面的,二是指交流渠道,声音或文字。语域理论认为三个语境要素决定了语言意义的选择范围以及相应的语言形式。 本文所用的语料来自taobao.com的30个产品的信息页面和规则页面。产品信息页面涉及的产品类别分别为女装,手机和灯具,语料包括导航按钮下对应的文本内容。 本研究发现,购物网站语言属于非标记语域。也就是说购物网站语言的语场,语旨和语式不是单一的:(1)语场可以按技术类与非技术类划分。相应的,词汇会有技术性词汇和普通/口语词汇之分。(2)语旨涉及网站运营方、卖方、买方之间的权力关系和同等关系。权利关系下会使用“高”和“中”值情态操作词,同等关系下会使用“低”和“中”值情态操作词。表示同等关系的称呼语也是购物网站语言的一大特点。(3)就交流渠道而言,,购物网站语言主要采用的是文字。就媒介而言,购物网站语言不是纯粹的书面语或口语。本文发现购物网站语言主要采用“written to be read as speech”和“written to be read”这两种书面语模式。
[Abstract]:Shopping websites, as one of the means of computer media communication, are becoming more and more popular in the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the information page and rule page of 30 products selected from taobao.com, from the field, This paper explores the unique contextual features of Chinese shopping websites and the linguistic features corresponding to these contextual features from three aspects: tenor and style. According to the definition of Halliday, register refers to "functional variation of language". The so-called functional variation is the form of language change caused by the change of situational context. Situational context consists of three main elements: field, tenor and pattern. The field mainly refers to the subject of communication; tenor mainly refers to the relationship between participants; the first is the medium of communication, oral or written, and the other is the channel of communication, voice or text. Register theory holds that the three contextual elements determine the choice of linguistic meaning and the corresponding linguistic form. The corpus used in this paper is from taobao.com 's 30 product information pages and rule pages. The product information page covers women's clothing, mobile phones and lamps and lanterns. The corpus includes the corresponding text content under the navigation button. This study found that shopping website language belongs to non-marker register. That is to say, the language field, tenor and style of shopping website are not single: (1) the field can be divided into technical and non-technical categories. Accordingly, the vocabulary will be divided into technical vocabulary and common / oral vocabulary. (2) tenor relates to the power relationship and the equivalent relationship between the website operator, seller and buyer. The "high" and "middle" values are used in the right relationship, and the low and middle values are used in the same relationship.
